We are looking for a product manager who is mainly experienced in DeFi, FinTech, layer 1 and 2 blockchains, dapps, and trading systems. The product manager will be responsible for the different product lines we have and directly engaging with the development team to ensure execution and product delivery is on target.

Reporting to the management team, the product manager will play a key role within our organization to drive the broader strategy and roll out. In collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, the product manager will own the product vision, strategy and roadmap and will lead the team to drive member and business value, at pace with a first-class experience.

Main Responsibility:
- Define the product strategy and roadmap to meet company targets for product line
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and software engineers to ensure development is in time and of the expected quality
- Help to craft the product vision and convert that into a concrete strategy: design, implementation, and delivery of new products/features, as well as delivering new functionality to existing features
- Manage budgets to optimize profitability and productivity
- Follow the industry and market developments to propose new innovations
- Participate in customer research, validation, and analysis to identify new opportunities for new and existing features and functionalities
- Creating fully detailed high-quality product requirement documentation for each development task.
- Work with designers to deliver detailed product graphic design for the product development team

About you:
- Previous product management experience in the fintech / defi industry
- Experience in Product Roadmaps, wireframes and user stories
- Strong ability in problem-solving, improvement of the processes, and delivering the results
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, completing work tasks with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Proven track record of leadership and management across teams
- Capable to multitask, including but not limited to controlling the different product line
- A strong team player with an excellent attitude and professional character
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodology for product development
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills; able to work collaboratively across all levels
