Don't lose hope. There was hope even in the belly of whale. So don't think there's no hope for you. Your silent pain will heal soon. Trust Allah, It will pass. If this test brings you closer to Allah then this is indeed a blessing and Allah will reward you for it in both worlds.

Aishah (RA) reported: “I asked: ‘O Messenger of Allah! If I realize Laylat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?’ He (ﷺ) replied, ‘You should supplicate:
Allahumma innaka 'afuwwun, tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'anni
(O Allah, You are Most Forgiving, and You love forgiveness; so forgive me).’"

"Surely Allah and His angels bless the Prophet; O you who believe! call for (Divine) blessings on him and salute him with a (becoming) salutation."
ﷺ ﷺ
Sending salawat will literally "forgive your sins and ease all your affairs"
What are you waiting for?
*Sunnah’s of a Friday:*
1. Have a bath / Ghusl
2. Recite Surah Kahf
3. Be early when attending Jummuah (men) and listen attentively
4. Try to give charity
5. Make du’a in the last hour before Maghrib for it is the hour of dua acceptance
May Allah accept from us all.
