They don't need to do any changes at all, transactions coming from Railgun will look like just any normal transaction they expect. Definitely, it would be better from UX perspective to have some integration to make it easier for Railgun users to interact directly with these protocols. Soon we will release a library that other developers can build upon and easily integrate Railgun with their protocols
