JRF Intitate Detailed Process✅


New Linking Process for getting JRF is very Simple. If everything goes smoothly the Whole Process takes Maximum 7-10 Working days.

After Getting Selected for JRF. First, talk to your Nodal Officer and let him/her know that you have been selected for JRF and You are ready to follow Up the process for claiming this fellowship.

Follow these Steps only after Generation of Student ID at Canara Bank Scholars Portal.

Take a Printout of Recent JOINING REPORT CERTIFICATE (Available in this Group also. Check in the Document Section)

Fill the details and take all signatures of authorities.

While filling these Annexures Make Sure that Your Handwriting is Neat & Clean.

After Filling and Taking Signatures Scan both of them and Make one PDF File.

After that;

1 . Click On this Link https://scholarship.canarabank.bank.in/scholar/login.aspx

Then, Put all your details.
(A.) Put your Date of Birth, Email ID etc. which were used during filling the form for UGC-NET/CSIR-NET.
(B.) Put all alphabets in Capital Letter.

After Putting all details click on Register. Then, You will receive an email containing Password.

2. Then, Click on this link https://scholarship.canarabank.bank.in/scholar/login.aspx

Put your email in Capital Letter then use the Password you received in email.

Then, Click on Login after that You will be asked to change the Password. Now, Change Your Password.

3. Again, Click on https://scholarship.canarabank.bank.in/scholar/login.aspx

Then Log in with your email and new password that you already set.

After Logging in You will see options like Home, Profile, Payment Schedule, Initiate Linking Process etc. etc.

Now, Click on Initiate Linking Process.
A. Put all Your Details.
B. Upload the PDF file.

Then, Submit.

4. Then, go talk to your Nodal Officer at University. And tell him/her that you have initiated the Linking Process of Your Scholarship and Now, Nodal Officer has to approve your details Using Maker ID and Checker ID .
( Maker & Checker ID are given to all Nodal Officer by UGC)

5. After Nodal Officer Approve your data. You will receive an email Saying that Your University has started the Linking Process.

After Receiving the Email, Click on this link https://scholarship.canarabank.bank.in/scholar/login.aspx

Log into this Portal then Go to PROFILE option, here at the bottom you will find APPROVE option, Click on that APPROVE option.

After Sometime Clicking on APPROVE all your data at PROFILE will disappear.

Now, Again You talk to your Nodal Officer and tell him/Her to Again approve your Data using Maker & Checker ID within 24 hours.
After Nodal Officer's approves your data.

6. Now, the process is 95% Complete.
If everything is correct your beneficiary code will be generated with in 2 to 3 Working days.

And all your details will reappear at Canara Bank Scholars Portal.

(If even after 10-15 days your beneficiary Code has not been Generated then talk to your Nodal Officer to Check the Status of the linking Process available at Canara Bank Scholars Portal.

(If anything is wrong UGC will reject Your Application and they will also cite the reason for that. Your Nodal officer will be able to see the reason of rejection. If rejected, then apply again after rectifying the reason))


After Generation of Beneficiary Code Your Linking Process is Over. From Next Month you can Submit Monthly Continuation & Claim Fellowship
