Jon Ossoff has been effectively campaigning for President as part of his Senate re-election bid this year and is likely the only Jewish Democrat who can win the primary, the DSA is tolerant of him despite his pro Israel stances.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro is comfortable staying where he is and is reportedly scared of further retaliation from the DSA and Palestine supporters if he runs, his house was attacked with a Molotov cocktail last year by them.
