The laws of Costa Rica look to be incredibly well written such that they readily encompass a huge crime of the nature of the one we are living in.
First, we must impress upon the judge of the necessity to order removal from the “market” in CR of gene-based “c19” “vaccines”.
In that event, it looks like a trial of crimes against humanity in CR would be indicated. Proving the impossibility of consent looks like a low bar to me.
The combination of the harmful-by-design injections, examples of the predictable and predicted harms & thr demonstrable impossibility of consent (we’re not even told the contents of the injectables) looks well-articulated.
What would happen if the judge ruled in favour of all these allegations is another matter entirely. That looks insuperable from here, but let’s see if we can get to that threshold anyway. Too easy to give up early, citing improbability of a useful ultimate goal. We’re not going to do that.
I am no legal scholar so I make no other comment on the processes involved.

But if the account were true, he might have asked what the United States is getting in exchange for a $2 billion annual aid package if not previews of every piece of intelligence the Egyptian military and intelligence services collect. Obviously if the Egyptians did have something on a major Hamas operation designed to murder hundreds of Israelis, especially while Washington was in the midst of trying to broker peace between Israel and Saudi Arabia, they’d have given it to the Americans immediately. No, the purpose of that Egypt story was simple and obvious: to keep the media’s focus on Jerusalem’s failures, not Washington’s.

Here’s another bizarre fact. According to an October 13 New York Times article, Hamas fighters who flew paragliders into Israel to massacre Jews did their training in Lebanon. It seems highly unlikely that the United States, with intense intelligence operations right there, somehow missed the hordes of paragliders all of sudden randomly flocking to do training in Lebanon at the same time—not least because the U.S. ambassador to Lebanon, Dorothy Shea, is a paragliding enthusiast who posted videos of her own airborne adventures as recently as mid-August.

The Biden administration has allocated $72 million to pay the salaries of both the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) and the country’s Internal Security Forces (ISF). One of the ISF’s big tasks is to target Israeli spy networks inside Lebanon. In 2022, the ISF rolled up no less than 17 Israeli networks based in Lebanon."

Archbishop Vigano was for a time the third highest person in authority in the Vatican. He was in charge of the Vatican city-state and the enormous network of Vatican nuncios (ambassadors) throughout the world that has been considered by many to be the best and most reliable intelligence operation in the world. They are highly principled and the Vatican has, at least up to the time of Francis, had an incredibly effective system of gathering and making good use of all the information from the nuncios for its own spiritual purposes but also to help advise government leaders.

Vigano was later moved to be the nuncio to the United States, the most important nuncio position in the world.

So, he is an incredibly well-informed, competent person. Combine that with his strong fidelity to Christ and the Church, we have someone who has a very high degree of credibility and whose pronouncements we should all pay serious attention to.

Not everything he says should be considered gospel truth but he is exceptionally and uniquely perceptive on matters both of the world and the Church. He is a man of great wisdom but also a man with some faults as have been all other great leaders and many popes. Still, it is important to listen to him.
