The Russians obviously know and tolerate this. But, now it will be different.

The risk is that Russia will return in kind, and for example will help the Syrians or Yemen strike US bases, or in the worst case target the control and command of western missiles inside NATO countries.

Ukrainian Minister Umerov and NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg, who previously called for allowing such strikes, will also take part in the meeting.
