"Last week saw the advance release of a summary of the United Nations Human Rights Council's still-pending detailed report on Nicaragua. The report supposedly results from an investigation by a group of experts of "all alleged human rights violations and abuses committed in Nicaragua since April 2018." This procedure and the document so far presented confirm in the most categorical way possible that the United Nations human rights system is complicit in the terrorism of the countries of the West against nations and peoples who resist their will, in this case Nicaragua.
The increasingly blatant development of this reality has been clear since the war against Serbia in 1999 to the wars against the legitimate governments of Libya, Ivory Coast and Syria in 2011. Also in this same period there has been an intensification of the genocidal blockade against Cuba and numerous genocidal attacks by Israel against the Palestinian people. These wars and blockades have been accompanied by the extension of sanctions against North Korea and intense illegal coercive measures against Iran and other countries. In Latin America, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela has managed to overcome a ruthless offensive of infrastructure sabotage, outright theft of its national patrimony and sadistic trade and financial warfare waged by the United States and its allied countries.
In all these aggressions and campaigns of terrorism, the Western human rights industry has been complicit in one way or another. The height of their complicity in the terrorism of the Western ruling classes against the majority world has been their blatant collaboration in the offensive of the NATO countries, using the fascist government of Ukraine, against Russia and the Russian-speaking population of Donbass. This reality now includes the infamous instrumentalization of human rights as a tool to slander and attack the government of Nicaragua and to cover up the terrorism organized in 2018 by the governments of the United States and its allies in the European Union against the Nicaraguan people."

The Government of Reconciliation and National Unity formally declares before this Forum that our Republic has not accepted, nor will it accept the unilateral, biased and imposed designation by this Organization, of a “Group of Experts on Nicaragua”; to prepare any report on Human Rights in our Country.
We are convinced that this Group is nothing more than a curtain to provide the appearance of a non-existent legality to the reports that are prepared on Nicaragua and regarding which we reiterate, the inputs for these, are scripted by the sectors and media of the opposition in our country, that disseminate subjective, distorted and false situations and information about our reality; following the guidelines of imperial powers, whose sole purpose is to harm our independence and sovereignty, as well as intervene in our Nation.

"This document makes it possible to understand how international law and justice works, but mostly how its basic principles can be bypassed. The resolutions passed against Libya are based on various allegations : notably on the statement claiming that Gaddafi had lead jet attacks on his own people and engaged in a violent repression against uprising, killing more than 6000 civilians. These allegations were spread before they could have been verified. Even though it was on the basis of this claim that the Libyan Jamahiriya government was suspended from the United Nations Human Rights Council, before being referred to the United Nations Security Council.
One of the main sources for the claim that Gaddafi was killing his own people is the Libyan League for Human Rights, an organisation linked to the International Federation of Human Rights (the FIDH). Montana Bill to Ban C19-Vaccinated Individuals from Donating Blood
House Bill 645 would ban individuals who received the COVID-19 vaccine from donating blood, making it a misdemeanor with a $500 fine to donate or accept blood from vaccinated donors
A Montana Republican is pushing a bill to bar those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine or suffer from "long COVID" from donating blood—a proposal some critics say could effectively eradicate the state's supply of blood.
Formally introduced in the Montana State Legislature on February 17, House Bill 645 proposes a misdemeanor offense for anyone who knowingly donates whole blood, plasma, blood products, blood derivatives, human tissue, organs, or bones containing "gene-altering proteins, nanoparticles, high-count spike proteins from long covid-19, or other isolates introduced by mRNA or DNA vaccines, mRNA or DNA chemotherapies, or other novel mRNA or DNA pharmaceutical biotechnologies."
The legislation, which has yet to receive a committee vote, comes over what the bill's sponsor, Representative Greg Kmetz, described as fears from his constituents of ensuring a "safe" blood supply—even as experts assert that it is safe to donate blood after receiving a COVID vaccine or being diagnosed with COVID.
Proponents said the bill, a continuation of anti-vaccine legislation that passed last session, was about medical autonomy and the right to receive blood from donors had not been vaccinated against COVID-19.
“We hear these two words ‘safe and effective’ a million plus times. Does that make them true?” said bill sponsor Rep. Greg Kmetz, R- Miles City.
“I’m one of many who believe in the God given right of medical freedom, which is having access to genetically unmodified blood during a time of need,” said Jo Vilhauer from Miles City. “This is a vital part of health autonomy.”
Chief Medical Officer for the American Red Cross in the Western U.S. Dr. Walter Kelley said this bill would “decimate” blood supply in Montana as 80% of the state has received at least one dose of the vaccine.

I’m not alone in being suspicious of this WhatsApp message cache. Maybe they’re genuine, maybe they’re not, but either way, they’re being used for some purpose, for example to draw attention away from worse crimes.
All that said, it is remarkable how clear it is that “variants” were used to create fear & more important, U.K. government was choosing when to “deploy” them. I recall saying at the time that, from an immunological perspective, it was impossible for such a small degree of alteration to bypass immunity already acquired.
To add more detail, I tracked all the claimed variants & found that none differed from the alleged original virus by more than 1%. We know from numerous studies in the past that the human immune system has absolutely no difficulty in detecting prior immunity even if an altered pathogen is 20% different from the original.
QED, a claim that a variant differing by <1% was problematic was a LIE.

First to say, I have no idea whether or not there’s been any court order issued in relation to Gates. This post isn’t directly about that (though it’s prompted by that story).
This would-be debunker is over the top in his denials. Some of the ten (10!!) facts he seeks to use to persuade you that the original story about a court order being fake news are really weak.
The one I would like to draw your attention to is #10.

"The key component of the LCP was a mechanical syringe which continuously delivered three medications: morphine (pain killer), midazolam (sedative) and glycopyrrolate (reduces saliva). A nurse gradually increased the doses without need for a doctor’s input, based on a patient’s symptoms (‘anticipatory prescribing’). The LCP was successfully used on dying cancer patients so was extended to all patients who were deemed to be dying. It was quickly taken up into the NHS after 2005. An increasing public outcry against inappropriate deaths from the pathway caused the government to set up an inquiry which led to the Neuberger report, and the LCP was discontinued in 2013.
The use of the LCP had been facilitated by the Mental Capacity Act 2005 which made a fundamental change in the way that doctors look after patients. For those who lack the capacity to make their own health care decisions, the MCA established a ‘best interest’ group to take over end-of-life decisions. The revolutionary change in the MCA was that decisions are not taken by the consultant in charge of the patient but by a group of diverse carers including nurses and therapists, of which the doctor is only a member. Likewise, the input of the patient’s spouse or close family member was reduced to that of a member of the team. This poorly conceived legislation struck two heavy blows against medical patients, especially the elderly and disabled: the doctor’s responsibility for the patient at the medically and ethically most challenging time of their lives was taken away, and the view of the spouse or family member who knew the patient intimately was downgraded to the same as one of several carers who may just have met them."
