In recent interviews, I’ve asked listeners to use my name, Dr Mike Yeadon, as a search term & try a little experiment.
Search first on Google Chrome or Safari & see what you get. It’s dozens of articles telling you what a bad person I am.
Then try one or more of the minor search engines like Yandex.
If the world was running more or less how most of us (including me!) tonight it ran, with the occasional crook but a largely benign situation, I suggest that you should expect that all the search engines would return pretty similar results. They’d likely differ at the margins, but fundamentally, they show you the same major themes, because search is a dull commodity service, right?
In practise what you find is a big difference between the large search engines and the niche ones.
How the hell can this happen?
The minority engines find a dozen or more interviews and writings by me or about my work. You’ll find few or none at all on large engines.
I put it to you that this could only happen if the main search engines are set to hide really useful information about me from you, and to present for you to use to decide what kind of person I am only smears, written to deliberately distort & damage me and my testimony in the eyes of the unsuspecting public.
Can you think of other explanations? Any innocent explanations?
You may be sure that Google is reluctant to let you see this, because when covid started, it was just three years earlier that a former Pfizer board member wrote an article about me that was very complimentary.
That does not fit with “the bitter ex-employee” trope, or the “lying for money” smear. Nor does it fit at all with the idea I’m just stupid and have no idea what I’m talking about.
Anyway, somebody did just that and found the following. I wanted to let you know that this book has been published. I’m in no way connected to it.

There’s a very short video clip in which a group of responsible citizens give a press conference l, warning about their fears in relation to the WHO pandemic treaty and other changes that are in front of us.

Please show your friends and family if they’re still in the official narrative.
If the world was even faintly normal, this story should at least get a mention on main TV networks. The people surely would want to hear the other side of the argument, that ceding any power whatsoever, let alone potentially some sovereignty in a situation where some kind of public health “emergency”, is extremely troubling.
It’s irrational on its face.
If there ever was a really serious public health emergency, the one thing we can be sure of is that NOBODY knows the optimal response. Nobody.
Centralising power in an unelected, unaccountable, supranational body is unbelievably dangerous as well as anti-democratic.
Worse, because of the way WHO itself is constituted, that power would be in the hands of a single individual, who is neither a biological scientist or medical doctor.
Because NOBODY knows the optimal response, centralising power guarantees several things.
1. The wrong things will be ordered by the WHO (even if they were being benign).
2. Nothing will be learned. Humans innovate to learn, by comparing outcomes of differing policy, chosen locally or nationally. That’ll be lost.

Centralising decision making in crisis situations is about the most dangerous thing you could allow to happen.

Does anyone believe that the policy responses should be the same in a city in the tropics (where flu really isn’t a public health threat), a city in the near arctic & one in a temperate region? The extent to which acute respiratory illnesses have ever been public health emergencies differs starkly in different regions.

Now superimpose additional considerations, such as the demographic profile, of a particular nation. Nations whose population grew rapidly over the last 25y are much less susceptible to illnesses which impact elderly people predominantly. A number of “post-industrial” nations have seen their birth rates fall for half a century and, as a result, have large elderly populations.

There are also social & cultural factors to which the people in a particular location have due regard, when deciding what to do.

The current model that’s being imposed very firmly is a utilitarian maximisation approach. Put another way, the fearmongerers appear to believe that, no matter the impact on others, no stone should be left unturned, no “measures” unapplied, if one more granny can be “saved”.

I submit that for real, practical reasons, centralising power in GLOBAL public health emergencies is tough to beat, if your objective is to maximise suffering and minimise lessons learned.

Do not let your government sign away your rights and freedoms. Any government so doing is committing treason against the people and deserves sanctions appropriate to such crimes (after due process, of course),

Happens all the time to super fit young men like Hutchy.
The way it was dealt with during commentary going into the Isle of Man TT was exactly the same as if he’d had a minor spill and was carrying a broken ankle.
I’ve been watching motorcycle road racing for most of my adult life & I cannot remember this happening to any competitor. The TT is a extraordinarily demanding event, not only on the skills & internal peace but especially on the physical side. As a result, almost all the top riders are in superb shape. Cross training by pedal cycling and powered off-road machines is very common. I don’t see how a person with normal blood coagulation values could have a stroke under these conditions.

Ps: I feel really sorry for Hutchy. He’s such a gentle yet fiercely competitive person & a top 10 lifetime highlight for me was to have witnessed his record 5 wins in a single year at the IOM TT. But not long afterwards, he was hit by another rider during a short circuit race which very badly broke his leg. He nearly lost the leg numerous times & has never been fully fit ever again.
