I strongly recommend you respond to this “public consultation” about CBDC.
I think it’s fraudulent, a figleaf on changes to our money which are greater than have ever been imposed on the public.

Dr. Sabine Hazan: The Microbiome is like a Garden

"I like to think of the microbiome as a garden where you only have weeds. Now, you have to remove the weeds.

You've got to turn the earth, you've got to replant the seeds, you've got to make sure there's no tornado, removing your seeds or birds eating the seed, right.

So, and then eventually, and you've got to plant diversity because unfortunately, you know, a garden with just one plant doesn't do really well, it does better with diversity of plants.

So I think we have to start thinking of our microbiome as garden and we have to start thinking of how do we improve this with natural ways... not only just the foods, but also decreasing the stress.
