JUDICIAL REVIEW APPLICATION TO THE HIGH COURT AGAINST THE METROPOLITAN POLICE.

Mark Sexton is seeking a judicial review of a decision of the Met Police, which is that they, the Met Police, are not going to investigate what are obvious & unequivocal crimes by various parts of the U.K. Government.
Mark is supported by Philip Hyland & Hannah Rose, who are solicitors.
I heard, only a few days ago, from Mark himself, that the High Court has formally accepted the petition for a JR.
Now, you can choose to be a glass half-full or half-empty person.
I choose half-full, for a number of reasons:
1. It’s faintly possible that the JR will conclude that the Met Police acted illegally in not investigating the many crimes alleged by Mark Sexton & others. I don’t expect this outcome, but watching how the High Court breaks the law in not so ruling may itself be instructive & useful in condemning themselves. This process is all objective, and you can follow every part of it.
2. In order to substantiate that there is a long list of allegations of criminal conduct, which the Met Police, in declining to investigate them, are themselves breaking the law, a detailed dossier of evidence from a large number of highly experienced scientists, doctors and others has been pulled together and is available at the website Hannah Rose mentioned (at this point I realise I should have added a link, but I don’t have it, apologies….however you can find it if you listen). That dossier I believe covers all of the crimes that government has committed and mostly allowed others to commit. I’ve been involved in unearthing some of them, though I don’t think my specific submissions are included in this case. I know all the people who did write the submissions. They’re talented and dedicated people who’ve been objective in their own submissions. I urge you to peruse that evidence and use it to attempt to alert some people who are teetering on the brink of realisation that awful things are happening.
3. The police forces all know that awful crimes have been committed and aren’t investigating those crimes. I encourage you calmly to take time to point out these facts to every police officer you encounter. Simply point it out. They’re our employees. We pay their salaries. They signed up to defend the law and the people against criminals, including officials, whether in government or regulators, for example of doctors & lawyers. It only takes a small percentage of police officers to decide they’re not going to go along with this illegal conduct for the entire edifice to come crashing down. Please remind the police officers that they & their families & friends too, are victims of these uninvestigated crimes. Further, that these crimes are a prelude to yet further crimes, which I and others can clearly see are in preparation. If these are not stopped, soon everyone will be under totalitarian. Digital control from which there can be no escape. It’s also my professional opinion, which you may have heard me detail, that the crimes in preparation includes methods to murder very large numbers of people. It is my opinion that this is exactly what’s intended and is the underlying reason why this astonishingly complicated crime has been planned for over decades and was unleashed on an unsuspecting public everywhere in early 2020.

AUSTIN, Texas — Neighbors at a southeast Austin apartment complex are complaining after a mandatory curfew was put in place with very little explanation.

Katherine Watt has interpreted the recent announcement between the WHO & the EU that they’ll adopt the digital ID system under construction in Europe.
It’s strongly worded but there’s no exaggeration in my opinion.
Each of us has a decision to make.
I’ve decided I’m not signing up to / signing onto this digital ID. There will be immediate consequences, I’m sure.
Signing onto this is part 1 of a small set of parts (cashless CBDC being the most obvious) which I believe will form what I call the human slaughterhouse.
Can there be any doubt that the ruthless enforcement of administration of deliberately toxic injections is to followed by a totalitarian control system that is anything but benign?
There’s no point in hoping it’ll be OK.
If enough of us resist the blandishments and threats & just say NO, it fails. And vice versa. If you sign onto digital ID, everything after that requires nothing active from you. We’ve not the power to decide if, when and how CBDC is introduced or at what rate & method use of cash is restricted.
This is a moment when I ask that you pause and spend time contemplating life in a system where you can’t do anything that matters without digital permission.
They’ve no right to do this, and if installed I see no way it’ll ever be removed.
So this, as it approaches, is in my view, free humanities last stand.

This one, by Tom Jefferson, a colleague of Carl Heneghan, is written in a particularly clear manner because his audience was a group of “lay” politicians in the EU.

You may recall or be aware of the “2009 global flu pandemic”?

At the time, I recall being extremely busy struggling to keep the R&D site at which I worked open, and there was a serious risk that we were finally getting the bullet. Despite our sincere best efforts, I / we were not able to persuade senior management in HQ of the merits of our arguments and a year later, I returned from a summer vacation only to be ushered into my boss’s office (she was then in the role of Site Head). I was told that my “therapeutic area” (allergic and respiratory diseases) was to close. I was sworn to silence for some months. Such conditions aren’t unreasonable and in fact it was a privilege to be told early. The notice period was instrumental in many decisions i subsequently made, to several of which I directly ascribe my eventual success in the biotechnology field and in the consulting field.
Perhaps more anon if there’s interest.

Back to ‘09 & this “flu pandemic”. I never saw the slightest hint of anything let alone of a scary big thing worthy of the name, “pandemic”. I discussed it with a very small number of friends and we all concluded that the media coverage was not slightly but massively & obviously in discord with the facts on the ground.
I was not then aware that much of the world of business was steered as much by nefarious plans, “regulatory capture”, heaps of public money and corrupt politicians.
Naive & trusting? Guilty as charged. Personally, in research and early clinical development, through my whole career, I encountered (personally detected) complete fraud only once, eariy in my career. It wasn’t a huge deal but it was definitely fraud. People hiding results unfavourable to the continuation of a key project and actively misleading senior management, in order that they’d met their goals. Aged 31 & in my first “management” position, I’d not long been with my new employer before I fell over the dead dog that was my fellow Department Head’s leading project. Using the same kind of skills, later honed much further and deployed in spotting fraud re “the covid pandemic”, I concluded that the project in question had a zero percent chance of success and should be halted. I had no tools to cope with this and, after first politely & later accusingly, talking this through with my peer & our boss in common, I ended up leaving.
I estimate seven years approximately of career advancement was lost because I detected fraud, correct to do so as it turned out, refused to go along with it and would not commit to remaining silent about it.
I offer this preamble because I think what happened was a microcosm of what happened in 2009 and unfortunately in 2020.

Few people have the nose to spot fraud where they work, unless you’re a crook yourself.

I expect few middling people in banking have any special insights into national budget-scale corruption that sits between institutional lenders, treasury officials, banking regulators, financial media and senior executives/ politicians.

The same is true of the analogous situation in “big pharma”. It literally never crossed my mind that truly evil stuff could be cooked up around the board table. I wasn’t there more than 2-3 times over 30+ years, and each time merely to give what were called “dog & pony shows”.

The same kind of extraordinary fraud has been playing out in the field of “public health” for decades. I now recognize that this extraordinary level of fraud is NORMAL in the upper echelons of business including pharmaceutical companies, banking, public funding of life sciences and other research etc. Our institutions are awash with fraud everywhere you care to look.
