This is an excellent, brief piece by Steve Kirsch.
Steve and I don’t agree about everything in the madness we’re living in, but we’re shoulder to shoulder in exposing what we can see is wrong or misleading in the official narrative.
Steve outlines some powerful things you can do, as well as some things to look out for which perpetrators & their allies often do.
One thing I often see people not realising. If the most comprehensive sample imaginable has been obtained and shows clearly that treatment X is highly likely to be the cause of Y, that cannot easily be dismissed or superseded.
In particular, what is illegitimate to do is to take a smaller & less representative sample, claim or even show that X & Y are unrelated and use that pile of pants data to pretend that they’ve proven that the original claim is wrong. All they’ve done is shown that small, unrepresentative samples cannot be relied upon.
Colour me purple.

Looks like Australian injectors do not have liability protection, which they do in several countries, especially USA.
If correct, gene-based injection victims or their relatives ought to seek redress in court. It could be awkward for the authorities. They can’t protect individuals from their legal failings. Yet they don’t want a precedent to be set.

Charles Kovess: We've got four minutes left, what about the liability of doctors now, what about people that have been harmed by these Covid jabs? And with no informed consent. What's your advice to people who have either lost loved ones, or who have been, had serious adverse events? What's the liability of the doctors?

Elizabeth Hart: Well I mean it's clear, they're supposed to be getting informed consent, we've got that in writing, I've got it in writing from the government. Because my colleague Emma McArthur and I, we asked for clarification from both the Morrison Government, and now the Albanese Government - do they have protection? Because that's what the Morrison Government announced. And they had to confess that, no, they don't have it. There's a vaccine claims scheme, but the individual practitioners do not have liability protection. Now the way the courts are at the moment, which is highly biased and skewed - what we need is, we need this out in the court of public opinion. For people to find out what is going on, about what we've been talking about today, about how informed consent has been trashed. That's what we need, to get this talked about. And I've written to the medical insurers, as well as these doctors' organisations, and I've made it clear to them what's going on. These people - I think it's negligence that they're just ignoring what I'm saying.

Charles Kovess: Elizabeth, I want to take it one step further, ok. And here's an important distinction that I bring to your attention, and to listeners' attention. A patient can only be jabbed if they have given informed, voluntary informed consent. But, a doctor is only allowed to jab someone if they have valid consent, ok. An important distinction in terms. So as a matter of law I'm telling you this. So, a valid consent. So, first the patient has to give informed consent. And the patient might say, "look, I'm here, I know this is risky, but I'm having it" and then he says, or she says, to the doctor, "but I'm here under coercion...I'm here under coercion". Now suddenly, that means that the doctor has not got valid consent.

 Now, that is where I urge every single person who told their doctor or their health professional that they're here under coercion, that they should complain to AHPRA about that injecting person. Because they broke the law applying to them - they're not allowed to just jab someone without valid consent.

Elizabeth Hart: That's the major point - once they knew the person was there under a mandate, they should have stood back and said "I can't do this under a mandate".

Charles Kovess: “I can't do this by law. I cannot do this.”

Elizabeth Hart: But this is important, if we can just fit this in, because it's really important. We're talking about doctors here - it's often not going to be doctors. It's often going to be nurses and pharmacists. And this is a much more subtle thing that we've got to get into, to think about Rogers v Whitaker. This is not a medical expert discussing a medical intervention with a patient. These people aren't 'patients'. Most of the people were not going to be badly affected by Covid. They've been called upon and dictated to by governments and employers and what have you to front up in front of a practitioner. This is complicated now. We've got to say these practitioners have been sort of menaced into giving these interventions themselves. AHPRA has threatened these practitioners not to question anything. This has all got to be teased out for the public. It's really quite complicated. But those practitioners are not qualified to get informed consent, because they're not, nobody is an expert in Covid, and nobody is an expert in Covid injections.

Charles Kovess: Well, well they could arguably say, it's informed, "I know I'm taking the risk, but I have to keep my job". As soon as they say "I have to keep my job", then there's no valid consent from the doctor's perspective. Now, we've got one more minute, what do you, in fact I've got 30 seconds with you, what do you say about these public servants, these bureaucrats, who refuse to answer your questions? Or ministers of government! They're our servants Elizabeth, how dare they not answer your letters!

Elizabeth Hart: They've got to be accountable. And I'm coming for them. I'm going after the individuals who are accountable. That's what we've got to do. Hold them to account. 

Charles Kovess: Absolutely. Everybody, we have to hold them to account. And these, the fraud that's been perpetrated on humanity is so egregious, we all have to decide - do not comply, because these government bodies, these public servants are not acting lawfully.

I’m a huge fan of Katherine Watt, a legal scholar who has disinterred the changes in the law over several decades pertaining to public health emergencies.

Interesting that the law changes are so obviously fraudulent when you look at them as a body of work.

Because from a design perspective, note that I’ve long ago concluded that these injections were also fraudulent and toxic-by-design.

This person, Peter Hotez, is a despicable character. Some people are simply too weak to resist the instructions they receive in relation to vaccine science. Many actually believe what they tell you, for example that c19 injections are necessary, safe and effective in pregnant women, despite there being no complete package of reproductive toxicology results.
In other words, they couldn’t possibly know whether or not these agents are safe in pregnancy at the they made these declaratory statements.
At best, misleading & at worst, lying.
Did none of them question the appropriateness of injecting novel, gene-based agents in pregnancy? For the last 60 years, we’ve applied the precautionary principle in this setting.
Hotez is the worst. Misusing the commonplace trust that many give to doctors, he presumably persuaded many to get the jabs that their correct instincts would otherwise have guided them to pass on. This undoubtedly will have been followed by a number of deaths, at least some of which were entirely avoidable.
When you knowingly take actions that predictably result in deaths, what would you call that? Yes, I agree.
It’s murder.
Hotez is a murderer for money.
A truly revolting person.

Those who believe in viruses in general, and Influenza viruses in particular, will tell you that in 7-14% of ILI cases, one or other Influenza viruses are detected (by PCR). In the other 86-93% of ILI, we don’t know the cause. It’s assumed they’re due to one or other of the large number of viruses that it is asserted can infect the human respiratory tract.
I used to accept this without question. Now that I’m questioning, I find there’s no convincing evidence for this assertion.
It’s not axiomatic that an acute illness must be caused by an infection. I don’t understand why people do seem to think that, when they don’t about heart disease, renal failure, inflammatory bowel diseases, asthma etc etc.
The burden of proof sits with those asserting that “ILI is due to infection with respiratory viruses, which were transmitted from a person already sick with the same pathogen”. I no longer believe that at all.
Did you know that nobody has ever demonstrated transmission of illness from a person sick with an ILI & a healthy person?
Transmission is claimed on the basis purely of the epidemiological evidence. For example, if 1 in a 1000 people had clinical ILI in a sample taken last week & next week, the number had risen to 1 in 100 people, it is assumed that they had all caught it from those sick earlier. Fancy concepts like reproduction number is derived from such datasets, again, based on the unproven assumption that person to person transmission is responsible.

Anyway, there was no pandemic and of course the authorities knew. They can count the dead and know their age and sex.

Despite there never having been a pandemic, with remarkable fluidity, almost the same absurd policies were imposed around the world over a short space of time. These policies, such as lockdown, masking, business closures, border restrictions etc were known, prior to covid19, to be without effect in the apparent spreading of ILI. The Wayback Machine holds a late 2019 document, written by WHO technical staff, which says exactly this.

So they knew there was no pandemic. They relied in part for the success of the PsyOp on the unsuitable PCR test.

Remember all the TikTok videos of dancing medical staff in hospitals? That’s not consistent with the idea that the country is under such an assault that the hospitals are at risk of being overwhelmed. It is consistent with evidence I was getting weekly from a new friend who was responsible for scheduling utilisation of intensive care beds in NHS England. He worked with me in one publication and also Fed information to Prod Carl Heneghan in 2020 until he was out on report, watched often and warned if he made any unauthorised disclosures again, he’d immediately be dismissed for cause.

They knew there was no pandemic, they imposed useless but destructive restrictions, and lies about the state of healthcare.

Then they lied some more in relation to the “vaccines” & they’re still doing it today. These injections contain several definitely injurious motifs which are blindingly obvious to those of us who’ve spent careers in “rational drug design”. I’m not a vaccine expert but I am where it comes to design and testing molecules.

In any case, how the dickens could an injection give rise to local immunity in the lungs? It cannot & does not. Even if influenza viruses existed, you’d not expect flu vaccines to be effective for this reason. They cannot generate “mucosal immunity” in the lining of your lungs. They don’t reduce hospitalisation or death from influenza, either.

It would definitely be impossible to design, make, test, improve, choose, run toxicilogy tests, run a series of clinical trials with a suitable (& routine) extension to act as a longer term safety database. It’s out of the question that this could be done in 9-10 months.

I’ve not even mentioned the process of researching how to manufacture a billion doses of these unprecedented mass market products. Career experts like Hedley Rees have explained why several years minimum is unavoidable and irreducible.

The only conclusion is they lied about this, too. Six billion people were injected to date.  Those of you reading this know what I think about that.

Further absurdities included having to prove you had been injected by these useless, unnecessary and dangerous products, so called vaccine passports. Here you know for sure that the only possible argument for this turns on at least two things, both of which are lies.

1. The injections prevent you giving the alleged infection to others. Funnily enough, we know this doesn’t happen anyway. Furthermore, the manufacturers admitted they’d not even studied the impact on transmission.

Nobody in officialdom has mentioned these things. The reasonable conclusion is this is all a puff to get you to accept a vaccine, nothing more than digital ID.

If most people take up & use digital ID and it becomes normal, I’m afraid that’s the end of human freedoms, never to return.

Oh, the proof there’s not been a pandemic?
Numerous authors have arrived at this conclusion through independent study. My preferred go-to person is Dr Denis Rancourt. I posted a link to a short statement he recently issued, which you can use in repeated attempts to waken & warn people. He gave a solid interview to Reiner Fuellmich’s new team, ICIC.

If you do nothing else PLEASE read Denis’ short (2000 word) summary and allow that interview to play in the background.

If you get the first point, no pandemic, I put it to you that you must conclude that the authorities knew & the smoothly installed measures tells you this has been rehearsed repeatedly. Which it has.

These monologues don’t have an end, but I’ll stop here.

Let's get this straight, my own take:

1. Historically most coronavirus infections were branded as flu or colds

2. What happened is that this was revealed through testing: what we called flu was not very often influenza but in many cases a coronavirus infection

3. Colds were also in many cases caused by a coronavirus infection

4. SARSCoV2 is a genetically engineered hybrid coronavirus-bioweapon to make it more contagious and enhance the symptoms

5. Ultimately the human immune system beat the virus-bioweapon hybrid, disarming it and turning it back into a mild cold.
