In this study, the concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) emitted from some commonly used masks was assessed qualitatively and quantitatively under diverse conditions (including different mask material types, time between opening the product and wearing, and mask temperature). In KF94 masks, 1-methoxy-2-propanol, N,N-dimethylacetamide, n-hexane, and 2-butanone were detected at concentrations 22.9–147 times higher than those found in masks made from other materials, such as cotton and other functional fabrics. In addition, in KF94 masks, the total VOC (TVOC) released amounted to..ab out 14 times more than that released by the cotton masks. In some KF94 masks, TVOC concentration reached over 4000 µg m–3, posing a risk to human health (based on indoor air quality guidelines established by the German Environment Agency)... When the temperature of the KF94 masks was raised to 40 oC, TVOC concentrations increased by 119–299%."

Hi Robin,

I've just been to the Auckland premier of the movie.. Absolutely incredible, it truly captured the spirit of a NZ that's been hidden but thankfully not completely lost. The country is a communist disaster so unsure where the country how's from here. Ours is a culture who lost its foundation and replaced love with progress and sand.

"Nahab et. al from Emory University analyzed a statewide database of COVID-19 vaccine recipients. Approximately 5 million adult Georgians received at least one COVID-19 vaccine between December 2020 and March 2022: 54 percent received BNT162b2 (Pfizer), 41 percent received mRNA-1273 (Moderna), and 5 percent received Ad26.COV2.S (Johnson & Johnson). Those with concurrent COVID-19 infection within 21 days postvaccination had an increased risk of ischemic (OR = 8.00, 95 percent CI: 4.18, 15.31) and hemorrhagic stroke (OR = 5.23, 95 percent CI: 1.11, 24.64)."
