Permissible Medical Experiments

1. The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the experimental subject there should be made known to him the nature, duration, and purpose of the experiment; the method and means by which it is to be conducted; all inconveniences and hazards reasonably to be expected; and the effects upon his health or person which may possibly come from his participation in the experiment. The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages in the experiment. It is a personal duty and responsibility which may not be delegated to another with impunity.

2. The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and not random and unnecessary in nature.

3. The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results justify the performance of the experiment.

4. The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary physical and mental suffering and injury.

5. No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to believe that death or disabling injury will occur; except, perhaps, in those experiments where the experimental physicians also serve as subjects.

6. The degree of risk to be taken should never exceed that determined by the humanitarian importance of the problem to be solved by the experiment.

7. Proper preparations should be made and adequate facilities provided to protect the experimental subject against even remote possibilities of injury, disability or death.

8. The experiment should be conducted only by scientifically qualified persons. The highest degree of skill and care should be required through all stages of the experiment of those who conduct or engage in the experiment.

9. During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to him to be impossible.

10. During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the experiment is likely to result in injury, disability, or death to the experimental subject.

Inside the forgotten third World Trade building occupied by CIA that "burned down" on 9/11

Floors 9 and 10 housed the Secret Service, while the 25th floor was home to CIA offices.

On the condition of anonymity, sources told CBS, that intelligence officials had lost a trove of secret documents and crucial intelligence reports stored at the station — either on paper or in computers.

"But amid the chaos and devastation of that day, there’s one building that often remains shrouded in obscurity, its significance relegated to the shadows — World Trade Center 7.

On that same day, as the sun dipped below the horizon at 5:20 p.m., Building 7 crumbled to the ground.

Astonishingly, this skyscraper had not been struck by an airplane, and fires raged on only a few of its floors.

The reason behind its collapse has long been a subject of contention, with many questioning the official narrative.

The collapse of Building 7 at the World Trade Center often goes unnoticed, but it’s a topic that continues to ignite debate and intrigue more than two decades on.

The occupants of this nearby skyscraper had already evacuated, mirroring the evacuation efforts in most buildings surrounding the Twin Towers.

A CIA spokesman declined to comment on the existence of the office, which was first reported by the New York Times back in 2001.

The New York office was a base of operations to spy on and recruit foreign diplomats stationed at the United Nations while debriefing selected American business executives and others willing to talk to the CIA after returning from overseas.

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) released a report in August 2008, stating that the collapse of Building 7 was no longer a mystery.

According to their findings, the building succumbed to the intense heat of fires ignited by debris from the nearby North Tower collapse.

This explanation, however, failed to satisfy a group of engineers and architects who have sought the truth.

Enter the Architects & Engineers for 9/11 Truth (AE911T), a coalition of over 3,000 professionals, including scientists, engineers, and architects, who have dedicated themselves to uncovering the facts.

In 2020, they filed a formal Request for Correction with NIST, backed by a comprehensive 4-year analysis conducted by a team at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF).

The UAF study challenges NIST’s conclusions, suggesting that the collapse of Building 7 was a “near-simultaneous failure of every column in the building.”

Federal court strikes down Biden admin’s online censorship collusion with Big Tech
The ruling limits Big Tech and the Biden administration's collusion to silence contrarian views.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals curtailed the ability of the federal government to work together with Big Tech companies to censor free speech.

The September 8 ruling forbids President Biden’s team from using companies such as Facebook and X, formerly known as Twitter, to act as a censor to advance his agenda and prevent speech that questions the safety and efficacy of COVID shots or raises concerns about the integrity of the 2020 election.

In one instance, a Biden staffer quickly convinced Instagram to remove an account that parodied Dr. Anthony Fauci. Plaintiffs included silenced contrarians, such as Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and Dr. Martin Kulldorff....

The September 8 ruling resulted in a modified prohibition.

“Defendants, and their employees and agents, shall take no actions, formal or informal, directly or indirectly, to coerce or significantly encourage social-media companies to remove, delete, suppress, or reduce, including through altering their algorithms, posted social-media content containing protected free speech,” a new injunction against some Biden officials now states.

“That includes, but is not limited to, compelling the platforms to act, such as by intimating that some form of punishment will follow a failure to comply with any request, or supervising, directing, or otherwise meaningfully controlling the social-media companies’ decision-making processes,” the injunction continues.

Those officials include the Surgeon General and the White House, which were guilty of “coercive” statements, according to the three-judge panel.

The ruling also cited the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for encouraging social media censorship.

“In short, when the platforms acted, they did so in response to the FBI’s inherent authority and based on internal policies influenced by FBI officials,” the opinion stated. “Taking those facts together, we find the platforms’ decisions were significantly encouraged and coerced by the FBI.”...

“In an unprecedented, historic decision, the Fifth Circuit has recognized that the conduct of the White House, CDC, Surgeon General, and FBI violated Americans’ First Amendment rights,” attorney Jenin Younes stated. “The government cannot coerce or encourage social media companies to censor views it dislikes. This decision vindicates the Plaintiffs’ rights and protects the free speech of all Americans.”

“The New Civil Liberties Alliance celebrates this landmark victory for our clients, Drs. Jayanta Bhattacharya, Martin Kulldorff and Aaron Kheriaty, and Ms. Jill Hines,” the group stated. “At the government’s request, the Fifth Circuit stayed the order for 10 days to give the government time to petition for a writ of certiorari from the U.S. Supreme Court.”

“The Biden Administration’s years-long censorship campaign has suppressed perspectives contradicting government-approved views on hotly disputed topics like whether natural immunity to Covid-19 exists, Covid-19 vaccine concerns, the virus’s origins, and mask mandate efficacy,” the group stated.

“The vast, coordinated censorship campaign has silenced public voices including influential doctors and scientists. Drs. Bhattacharya, Kulldorff and Kheriaty, and Ms. Hines have all been blacklisted, shadow-banned, de-boosted, throttled, and censored on social media.” /

House Republicans reintroduce bill to outlaw digital dollar

Republican House Majority Whip Tom Emmer announced Tuesday the reintroduction of the CBDC Anti-Surveillance State Act, first filed in late February, to prevent the United States from issuing a digital dollar.

"If not designed to emulate cash, a government digital currency would dismantle Americans' right to financial privacy and embolden the Administrative State," Emmer posted on X. "I won't let that happen."

The legislation aims to prohibit the US Federal Reserve from issuing central bank digital currency (CBDC) directly to individuals.

Emmer's reintroduced bill has several differences over the original that make the bill more comprehensive.

"If not open, permissionless, and private – like cash – a CBDC is nothing more than a CCP-style surveillance tool that can be weaponized to oppress the American way of life," Emmer wrote.

He added that even some Democrats also support his CBDC bill, saying they can't admit it publicly due to optics.

It is with some disappointment I’m sure that Lynn Forester de Rothschild recently admitted the defeat of ESG at the B20 Summit in India. Though, Rothschild also suggests that the goal will be to replace the term “ESG” with something else that the public is not as privy to. In other words, the globalists have been forced to abandon ESG but will continue to look for other methods to trap companies into the far-left hive.

It is typical for globalists to re-brand their projects whenever they get exposed as a way to throw the public off the scent. However, I don’t think this tactic is going to work anymore. Researchers are locked onto the ESG dynamic and changing the name will not help the establishment avoid scrutiny.

Interestingly, I have noticed a dramatic shift by globalists towards a defensive posture, rather than the offensive posture they held a couple years ago. I can only conclude that something went very wrong for them during covid. They were brazen with their rhetoric in 2020, basically admitting their intentions to enforce a global authoritarian system. Now they are sheepish and much more careful in the things they say.

To this end, most of the honest discussion on globalism is no longer found in the statements of the WEF or the halls of the Davos forums. People like Klaus Schwab are fading into the background. The true agenda is now discussed at more obscure climate change events such as B20 in India or the Summit for a New Global Financing Pact in Paris which I covered in July.
