The Patriarchate of Jerusalem: Israeli Shelling of Orthodox Cultural Center Embodies Unjustifiable Targeting of Civilian Infrastructure in Gaza

"The Patriarchate of Jerusalem issued a statement this morning, condemning the Israeli military’s bombardment of the Orthodox Cultural Center in the Tel Al Hawa neighborhood of Gaza earlier today. In this statement, the Patriarchate emphasizes that this attack represents a stark embodiment of Israel’s unwarranted determination to destroy the civil infrastructure and social service centers, as well as shelters for civilians trapped in the besieged enclave. The Patriarchate highlights that social, cultural, and sports centers have become vital providers of essential humanitarian services and safe havens for those affected by Israeli airstrikes targeting residential areas.

The Patriarchate further expressed that this assault on the Orthodox Cultural Center and its service facilities constitutes a direct and unjustified attack on one of the pillars of culture and social services in Gaza.

The Patriarchate also notes with grave concern that the Israeli military has targeted 19 places of worship, including mosques and churches, in Gaza during the past three weeks of the devastating conflict. Such attacks on civilians, particularly children, and the deliberate destruction of civilian infrastructure, cannot be justified on rational or humanitarian grounds and are fundamentally at odds with even the most basic moral values.

The Patriarchate reiterates its firm demand for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and pledges to continue its international efforts to achieve this goal as soon as possible.

“In times of crisis and adversity, we turn to the words of Psalms 34:18, which remind us that ‘The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.’ We pray for peace, justice, and a swift end to the suffering in Gaza,” said the Patriarchate’s statement."

How UK government advisers helped Pfizer win $5.95billion US Covid contract

"At the American end, large sums of money flowed, both directly and via AstraZeneca, to Emergent BioSolutions, a company with a long-standing association with the ASPR Dr Robert Kadlec. More concerningly from the UK perspective, the $1.2billion AstraZeneca Operation Warp Speed contract looks suspiciously as though it was the quid pro quo for a hurried temporary use authorisation for the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA vaccines, the new rapid response ‘plug-and-play’ vaccine platform the US biodefense hawks wanted to modernise vaccine manufacture with.

In other words, the US government largely financed the development of the Oxford-AstraZeneca vaccine in return for UK government assistance with Kadlec’s Manhattan Project. It appears that these arrangements were made by the UK Vaccine Taskforce or on behalf of it by members of its expert advisory board set up by the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS). Dr Richard Hatchett, the CEO of CEPI and former director of BARDA was the expert advisory board member best placed to have coordinated this.

AstraZeneca already had skin in the Covid vaccine game. It was an early investor in Moderna and between 2013 and 2019 it built up a 7.65% ownership stake in the company. At some undisclosed point during 2020, as the value of Moderna shares rose, it sold its entire holding for nearly $1billion, a significant profit on its $290million investment. Once the Pfizer/BioNTech mRNA vaccine was authorised, an authorisation for Moderna’s mRNA vaccine was a foregone conclusion.

As Hedley Rees, a life sciences manufacturing expert, has pointed out, the MHRA lost the expertise to evaluate drugs in 1995 when the function was centralised via the creation of the European Medicines Agency. Furthermore, he explained that Dr Raine, the CEO of MHRA who sat on the Vaccine Taskforce’s expert advisory board, has no actual experience in drug approvals. She is a post-marketing pharmacovigilance expert. It is now known that the Pfizer product MHRA authorised in December 2020 was not identical to the one tested in the BioNTech sponsored clinical trials. The willingness of the MHRA to accommodate this arrangement was reckless to the point of negligence.

On the day Pfizer agreed its original $1.95billion US Operation Warp Speed deal, Sir Jeremy Farrar, another UK Vaccine taskforce expert adviser, testified before a Parliamentary Committee: ‘I personally think that the most important mortality statistic that needs to be looked at is overall excess mortality. It is the direct effects of Covid and it is the secondary consequences with other people tragically dying as well. Mortality rates are crucial, but I prefer the statistic for looking at that to be overall mortality compared with previous years at this time.’

Well, Sir Jeremy, judging by your preferred metric, overall excess mortality did not increase until after the Covid vaccines you championed were deployed on the all-too-trusting public. They have been and are a disaster. There needs to be a full investigation of the role that you and your fellow Vaccine Taskforce advisers played in making the Covid vaccine Faustian pact."

Statement of International Criminal Court Prosecutor on the situation in the State of Palestine and Israel

"Israel has clear obligations in relation to its war with Hamas: not just moral obligations, but legal obligations that it has to comply with the laws of armed conflict. It's there in the Rome Statute. It's there in black and white. It's there in the Geneva Conventions. It's there in black and white.

Israel has a professional and well-trained military. They have, I know, military advocate generals and a system that is intended to ensure their compliance with international humanitarian law. They have lawyers advising on targeting decisions, and they will be under no misapprehension as to their obligations, or that they must be able to account for their actions. They will need to demonstrate that any attack, any attack that impacts innocent civilians or protected objects, must be conducted in accordance with the laws and customs of war, in accordance with the laws of armed conflict.

They need to demonstrate the proper application of the principles of distinction, precaution and of proportionality. And I want to be quite clear so there's no misunderstanding: In relation to every dwelling house, in relation to any school, any hospital, any church, any mosque – those places are protected, unless the protective status has been lost. And I want to be equally clear that the burden of proving that the protective status is lost rests with those who fire the gun, the missile, or the rocket in question.

My Office certainly will scrutinise all information we receive in this regard to ensure that the law is not some kind of optional extra that one can take and leave. It is there to bind us together and to keep us away from the gates of hell and further misery. And this principle equally applies to Hamas in relation to firing rockets into Israel, either targeting civilians or knowing they don't have the sophistication to avoid civilian casualties. As I stated just a few days after the events of the 7th of October, my Office has an ongoing investigation with jurisdiction over Palestine that goes back to 2014 and any crimes committed on the territory of Palestine by any party. And this includes jurisdiction over current events in Gaza and also current events in the West Bank. I'm also extremely concerned with the spike, the increase, in the number of reported incidents of attacks by Israeli settlers against Palestinian civilians in the West Bank. We will investigate these attacks and all further attacks must cease immediately.

My message at this time is a consistent one that I have given in numerous parts of the world. It flows from the common yardstick of legality that we have to enforce, and it flows from the principle that justice is every child's birthright, every civilian's entitlement. The message is that any person with their finger on the trigger of a gun or controls a missile, has certain responsibilities. My Office will look closely to see whether those responsibilities are being adhered to or not.

And in relation to states, I call upon state parties to the ICC and non-state parties to help collectively vindicate the Geneva Conventions, to help collectively vindicate principles of customary international law and also principles of the Rome Statute, to share evidence regarding any allegations or any crimes so that we can properly investigate them and prosecute them as appropriate."

What’s happening today and for the last 100 years in Palestine is consistent with the history of the West for the last 500 years, a reader writes.

America had an ideology that summed up settler colonialism very well, “Manifest Destiny,” the idea that it was divine providence that white Europeans would bring civilization to the “savages.” In the Declaration of Independence Liberal darling Thomas Jefferson refers to the indigenous nations as “merciless Indian savages.”

What Israel is doing today is a much smaller scale of what the British and Americans did to the indigenous on this continent for 300+ years. What both Zionism and Manifest Destiny have to offer people is the bribe of land and wealth. People have a long history of trading their integrity for a little land and wealth.

This history of white supremacy has been difficult to defeat because it is built on a collaboration between the working class and the ruling class. White supremacy is the most extreme form of cross class solidarity. The Palestinians are waging an anti colonial struggle, that is what so many don’t understand.

Here in California the genocide of the natives has been buried and isn’t taught in schools. The first eight governors supported and funded Indian hunting campaigns from the years 1849-1873. The “Founding Father” of California, the 1st governor, Peter Hardeman Burnett said, “A war of extermination will continue to be waged between the races, until the Indian race becomes extinct.” The next seven governors, including Leland Stanford, the namesake of the famed University, would support extermination policies, Indian hunting campaigns and vigilante violence so the white settlers could “manifest destiny.”

The last thing you need to do is remain neutral. Remaining neutral is a tacit approval of the status quo. It is only through raising our voices that we can effect change. Don’t be afraid of pushback, that means you are doing your job. Be afraid of silent complicity, that means the flame of your soul may be dampened."

If You Aren’t Supporting an Immediate Ceasefire in Gaza, You’re Accelerating the Global Totalitarian Agenda

"Bizarrely, the Freedom Movement is packed to the rafters with people who don’t want freedom and dignity for Palestinians. Why would ‘freedom’ warriors choose to prioritise the rights of Israelis over the rights of Palestinians? I don’t know. Perhaps ignorance of the conflict fuelled by 75 years of social and political brainwashing, emotional blackmail by Zionist associates and friends, slavish adherence to the tribal Left/Right Punch and Judy pantomime show, anti-Muslim sentiment, or any combination of the above. Whatever their reasons, Israel’s absurd ‘right to defend itself’ against the very people it has imprisoned and deprived of all rights and dignity is an article of doctrinal faith and can’t be cured with rational appeals or historical evidence. For them, the Nelson Mandela quote I opened with is just Kumbaya nonsense for the birds.

So, I will attempt to make that quote more concrete by arguing that they are in fact mindless lackeys of the globalist cabal they claim to be at war with. They are the same organ grinder’s mass-formation monkeys they railed at during the pseudo-pandemic and the Ukraine war.

And so within a matter of a few weeks or months, we may just see Israel completing the ethnic cleansing of Palestine as it cashes in its chips on the wink-wink, nudge-nudge two-state game.

Strangely, the thing that pisses the Daily Sceptic off most about this unfolding nightmare is that people are being a tad bit unfair in labelling Israel an apartheid state. To be fair to The Daily Sceptic, you actually do need a population to oppress in order to earn the label of ‘apartheid state’, and Israel is now inches away from escaping that label on a technicality – namely, they’re getting rid of their oppressed population altogether. So, yes – no apartheid to see here anymore. Quite how they’ll cope with the genocide label remains to be seen, but no doubt the crew at Daily Sceptic will be tying themselves up in logic-bending knots over that one. Then again Palestinians don’t exist for them. There’s only Hamas in their terrorist riddled world, so they won’t notice a thing.

Meanwhile, the blow-up in Gaza was preceded by the sound of more nails being hammered into the coffin of the two-state solution with ramped up Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank. Coincidence I’m sure. So far Project Ethnic Cleansing is right on schedule.

Accelerating the Great Reset
Oil prices will once again go through the roof, creating more impoverishment and another wealth transfer bonanza for Big Oil. A prolonged energy price hike, avoidable as it is, is just economic warfare on small and medium scale businesses and working class consumers. This is likely to accelerate monetary and financial instability, which will play into narratives of pushing Central Bank Digital Currencies to counter that instability. There’d be no logic to it but that won’t stop Central Banks from scaring a financially illiterate public into accepting CBDCs as the answer to financial instability, whatever its source.

The Palestinian-Israeli conflict is the perfect vector for re-igniting extremism in the Middle East and, more importantly, Islamist domestic terror in the West. It would only take a small number of terror attacks in Western and US cities to re-invigorate states of emergency which would be used to ramp up the surveillance state architecture, and crucially, act as the catalyst for the introduction of the Digital ID regime that the G20 have committed themselves to. Because as we all know, the only way to stop terrorists from blowing up a shopping mall is to make them log on to the internet with Digital ID.

With the Online Safety Bill already working so well that even the censors are censoring themselves, all we need now to put the final touches on the digital gulag is Digital ID and CBDCs. And the crisis opportunity in the Middle East will almost certainly accelerate it.

The ultimate global hegemon that sits above the US empire is global capital. And no war that has potential implications for global financial stability is ever approved without the bankers’ final nod. Biden sat in on Israel’s war cabinet meetings, so you can rest assured this has been approved by the central bank mafia.

It also plays into the fake multipolarity narrative in which the West has been earmarked by global capital to become the new Third World while the BRICS economies grow in leaps and bounds. Multipolarity is really just a chimeric construct of global capital intended to facilitate the controlled demolition of the bankrupt monetary system and the rotten debt pile in the West.

The Gaza crisis is an added catalyst for the BRICS shift because the majority of the planet is disgusted by Israel’s unchallenged right to butcher innocent civilians in retaliation for terror attacks by an organisation it begged the Gulf Arab states to, in the words of a former Israeli Defence Minister, “keep funnelling money into”. The idiot Western professional managerial class have long forgotten what justice means, but people in the South still know a racket when they see one. It’s not so long ago that they were at the sharp end of some pretty lethal rackets.

The BRICS shift will make the West much poorer, and if you live in the West and are cheering team Israel instead of team Peace, you’re a turkey voting for Christmas. Don’t misunderstand me – I want to see vastly improved economic prosperity for the world’s poorest. Who wouldn’t? But it’s not going to happen under the multipolar lie. There is only one pole and it’s global capital. BRICS vs the West is a fake drama to fool the next bunch of suckers – the BRICS.

It took two world wars to deliver the global governance structures of the UN, the WHO and the EU. Another war is just what’s needed to completely usurp what little remains of national sovereignty and consolidate more top-down control in the hands of institutions like the UN. All of course for your own good, to ensure that these beastly wars ‘never happen again’.

The Palestinian struggle for justice is actually the greatest test that the West has faced since World War II precisely because it involves the people who were so grossly abused in that conflagration. This is the continuation of a trauma that was not properly dealt with. To those who claim to be in the Freedom Movement but are either opposed to or indifferent about freedom and dignity for Palestinians, my message to them is this: call yourselves freedom-for-me-but-not-for-thee warriors; call yourselves selective justice warriors; call yourselves anything you like. Just don’t call yourselves freedom-lovers."
