Personal addition to the video above. I have known about this version of the stealing of the US elections via Italy for years, as well as many awake Italians who know about it too. The awake community in Italy considers the story above as largely if not entirely true. The reason I looked into it years ago is that one of the people in Italy mentioned has exactly the same name and surname as one of my colleagues. It is not the same person, as they look completely different, but they have the same name. For that reason I tried to corroborate the story above as far as I could, or at least with regards to that key person, and everything I found out largely corroborates with it.
