Кот - a male cat, neutral word
Кошка - a female cat, neutral word. Also a name of cat as a biological species (Felis catus)
Котэ - a modern internet-slang for a male cat; pretty rare and specific word
Киса - an affectionate for both female and male cat; very popular among all people, super common among children. Can be used as a vocative for a girl (or even a boy)
Кисуня - even more affectionate, the same meaning
Кысь - never heard in real life. Sounds like something you don't like, or a bit like a word people say to shoo small animals (that's Кыш!)
Котик - just a small cat, official word, often used as a diminutive (inc. towards humans)
Котенька - never heard in real life. Sounds like Котик, but more affectionate
Котофей - that's kinda specific. It's like a fake name for a common male cat - Котофей Иванович (a Russian fairy-tale character)
Котяндра - usually big cat; a bit dismissive, rare and probably modern form
Кошак - a male usually street cat; dismissive, old and common form
Котяра - big and impudent male cat; old and common form
