🌸 How Can You Practically Work as a Samrakshan Yodha? 🌸
🔹 Start routine first trimester screening (11–13+6 weeks) in your daily practice
🔹 Include uterine artery Doppler in all eligible antenatal scans
🔹 Identify high-risk pregnancies early and counsel timely referral
🔹 Follow standardized Samrakshan protocols for Doppler and fetal growth assessment
🔹 Maintain proper documentation and structured reporting
🔹 Educate referring clinicians about the importance of fetal Doppler studies
🔹 Conduct awareness talks/webinars for pregnant women and healthcare workers
🔹 Participate in IRIA Samrakshan CMEs, workshops, and training programs
