If you search the term "Clash of clans may update" in google, a link pops up which is "Introducing Clan Capitals" When clicked on it, it redirects to the apple store. It only shows "Clan Capitals" only on iOS devices. Would probably not be related to update…
In a content creator video (Sumit 007, an Indian content creator) he mentioned that to keep our clans full and active. It may *probably* mean that clan capitals will be coming in this next update.
Just take this as a grain of salt 👊😉

Some people are getting this specific unit which was to be seen in "Lost & Crowned" Animation. This Unit can be coming in the next update. It's more like a Unit which carries Resources. #clashofclans

When builder base was to come in game, they teased us with the boat which takes you across the shores and gets to the builder village. The air ship is related to it and i guess it would take you to ____?
I guess this air ship would work more as a boat which leads to Builder base

Clash Of Clans sneak peeks should probably start by today as an Indian Content Creator (Clashing Adda) mentioned yesterday that "Tomarrow, more surprises would be coming and would be more exciting"
It could mean that Sneak peeks would start today.
Just a Speculation.
