I want to recommend a handbook. It's a comprehensive guide on marketing uncluding insights on A/B testing, user onboarding, landing pages, smm, sales and more.
Absolutely a must read. Consider to re-read it overtime as well.

It's a common fact, that one should delegate tasks to others to grow faster. Truth.
But without a deep understanding and decent experience in design, coding, marketing, sales, finances etc you will not be able to neither hire truly skilled employees, nor properly set tasks for them.
That is why a solo founder must be a multispecialist. You may not be guru at, let's say, setting up Webpack, but you have to know what it is, it's possibilities and weaknesses. You may not know all details about writing a super clickable subject for your email marketing letter, but you must know how email marketing works and what it takes to benefit from it.
It is a shitton of learning and trying. That is why a good CMO or CTO co-founder which covers your back by taking a full responsibility in a field is a God bless.

Many experts say that the best problems to solve are the ones that you personally have. It's good advice.
But where can one find more ideas inspiration? Simply look around! :>
We are thinking mostly about ourselves. It origins from our egoistic nature.
The blinders of our ego block us from noticing the behavior and motivation of people around. The absolute majority of us are dreadful at listening and paying attention to the of others.
Try to listen carefully and talk to each other human being with sincere enthusiasm. You will be given an inexhaustible source of new ideas and opportunities.
The habit of being caring and open is definitely worth efforts! It does not only supply you with great startup ideas but also help with making connections with new folks.
