🎯 YOUR ROLE
• Handle claims enquiries, appeals, complaints & escalations
• Support customers through email and digital channels
• Coordinate with Claims teams for faster case resolution
• Manage sensitive cases with professionalism and empathy
• Coach team members on customer communication and claims servicing
• Support workload planning, reporting and performance tracking
• Join process reviews, system enhancements and UAT testing
👤 YOU SHOULD HAVE
• Diploma or Degree
• 2 to 3+ years in insurance operations, claims or customer service
• Strong knowledge of claims processes and customer servicing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong complaint-handling and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of MAS guidelines & PDPA
✨ Insurance certifications like M9, M5, CHI, BCP or PGI = bonus
