If you can't motivate yourself to do sth, then no one can. Even if they do, that motivation will not be long-lasting.

There are mainly two types of motivation:
1) the desire and inspiration to achieve sth
2) the fear of loss/failure/missing out on the opportunity

Usually, the latter works better than the former. But you can combine both to be more disciplined

If you can't study or don't see a point in doing so, maybe there is really no point
