Happy Human Rights Day, 10 December, 2025. 2025 Theme: "Our Everyday Essentials." With this theme, we shall know how human rights shape our daily lives, often in ways we may not always notice. Too often seen as abstract ideas, human rights are the essentials we rely on every day.
Those abstract ideas become real when we realise that things like spending time with family, reading the news, walking freely, drinking clean water, or enjoying a meal are possible when our human rights are fulfilled, protected, and defended.
These essential rights are enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or UDHR. Maybe many of us think that all these rights have been realised throughout the world, sorry, not everyone is enjoying the rights that they should have enjoyed since birth.
So therefore, we shall bridge the gap between the principles of human rights and daily experiences. Always campaign for human rights, as I always do. If not us, who else? Humanity is one and all humans must have their human rights.

It's been a long time since I studied law, now I'm studying law again and it's fun, especially since I'm drafting my constitution.
