In my quest to do the opposite of official government health advice,
I have recently started tobacco.

Cigars in particular, are sublime.

Most of the harm from smoking is from the tobacco treatment (ammonia) and toxins they add such as flame retardants, anti-mold, etc.

In my research the benefits outweigh the negatives:

Pure organic tobacco, smoked through an activated charcoal filter is probably not nearly as bad and may even be.. healthy?
