COPIED:
We finally have some amazing news to share with everyone! BOBBIE JUST WON HER APPEAL!!! 🎉🎊🥳🍾
For those who didn't know, Bobbie had been being treated unfairly by habitat for humanity and the municipality (it's a long story, but we can provide that story or news articles about it if people are interested). Long story short, they were trying to take back the house from Bobbie and her family that was "donated" to them after constant surveillance & an unlawful abuse of power that was being perpetuated by Habitat for Humanity, the municipality and their agents against Bobbie and her family.
Even to the point that when the matter got to court, the corrupted judge Stephenson (who's also sitting as judge on her uncle's matter - Tommy Craft) was trying to railroad her and treat her unfairly, deny her due process in order to help support these agencies in stealing her home.
Bobbie ended up appealing Stephenson's decision that denied her of her right to due process at the appeal court for being denied the procedural fairness that she had a right to receive in the lower courts! She just found out today that she WON, and that if habitat for humanity wants to take it to court again (which we don't believe they will) they will have to give Bobby the due process that she is owed and will have to apply the correct laws that they were denying her of.
This is a HUGE win, and the courts of appeal awarded her costs... so she will receive a small reward of artificial currency (hasn't been determined yet) for her efforts in proving that she was in the right!
This is another sign that what we have all been working so hard towards for the last 5 years hasn't been for nothing! There is still some (and I say this sparingly) honour left within the system.
WAY TO GO BOBBIE!!! ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥🎉🎊🥳

Stop acknowledging land - Acknowledge the TAXPAYER! Toronto advocate suggests at city budget meeting.
This guy nails it!
These land acknowledgements are ridiculous, a waste of energy and are causing division that never existed before the Truddy Liberals slithered into the House.
Let's stop with this BS and focus on the once great city of Toronto that is turning into Gotham City.

Three Court Dates. Three Canadians Standing Up.
In the next two weeks, three court cases dealing with government overreach, employment rights, and due process will be heard, and your presence in the courtroom as a witness and observer does have an impact.
On February 18 in Gatineau Small Claims Court, Bozena Lis proceeds with her civil claim against a Gatineau police officer stemming from her November 13, 2021, aggressive arrest. Despite Bozena declaring a valid medical mask exemption, her hand was violently twisted during arrest and, while handcuffed at the station, a mask was forced onto her face, triggering PTSD. She is seeking damages for bodily and moral injury and violation of dignity. Her case questions police accountability, lawful enforcement of exemptions, and whether technicalities can override justice.
On February 25, a Federal Court hearing will address the broader “EI misconduct” issue that affected approximately 400,000 Canadians who were denied Employment Insurance during the mandate era. At stake is whether administrative policy and template-based decisions can override statutory obligations by redefining “misconduct” in a way that automatically disqualifies individuals from benefits for exercising body autonomy. Despite the national implications and extensive record, the hearing time has been reduced to two hours per side. The outcome of this case will shape precedent for workers across the country. Learn more HERE: https://substack.com/@Justice4EIMisconduct Register to watch the appeal HERE: https://cas-satj.zoom.us/j/63825194469?pwd=YC4FYdFXriiEbbmS5wGad57HubqxiA.1
On March 2, a wrongful dismissal lawsuit moves forward challenging termination related to the vaccine passport framework, arguing violations of consent, privacy, and the improper elevation of public health recommendations into binding employment mandates. This case asks where employer authority ends, and individual rights begin.
Different courts. Different facts. One common thread: whether rights retain meaning when they are tested under pressure. Share this widely and show up in court because accountability grows when the public is watching.

🚛4 years ago... the memories... the good, the bad and the ugly.
Nothing can erase that time. Despite what people want to believe, it was precious. 🙏
It was freedom after 2 years of lockdowns, of discrimination, of harassment, of isolation, of deprivation...
The convoy was not a temper tantrum. It was not a bunch of degenerates. It was men and women who only wanted a CHOICE. A choice NOT to be forced into a medical procedure or face losing their job.
For those who agreed with the mandates at the time, I hope that you see now why people chose to risk their jobs, their families and in the end, their own safety to stand up for what IS right.
GOD BLESS OUR TRUCKERS! ❤

‼️LIVE @ 5 TONIGHT, FEB 17TH - EI Misconduct Update‼️
ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT CASES IN CANADA 🇨🇦
Next Wed, Feb 25th a critical Employment Insurance (EI) case is heading to the Federal Court of Appeal and this deserves national attention. This case directly challenges the legality of how EI benefits were assessed during the COVID-19 mandates, a process that impacted roughly 400,000 Canadians causing hardship and financial devastation.
A thorough legislative intent analysis (Rizzo framework) using Hansard transcripts shows that adjudicators ignored key statutory obligations under the EI Act (section 29(c)) and the Department of Employment and Social Development Act, (section 64). Specifically, they refused to examine whether employers acted unlawfully, wrongly claiming such investigation was outside their jurisdiction.
Key Findings from this EI Case
1. Statutory Breach, “Just Cause” Analysis Ignored
The Employment Insurance Act requires adjudicators to weigh 14 statutory factors under s.29(c) before denying benefits.
Instead, adjudicators were directed to skip this analysis altogether.
2. Behavioural Economics Memo (BE-Memo)
Internal government documents show a behavioural-economics approach was used to design denial strategies.
The memo guided decision-makers to predetermine outcomes rather than apply the law.
3. Engineered Templates
Standardized decision templates replaced individualized assessments.
These templates were designed to funnel adjudicators toward findings of “misconduct,” regardless of circumstances.
4. Mass Denials by Design
Thousands of Canadians who lost jobs due to mandates were denied without fair consideration.
Denial rates spiked from 0% to nearly 20% during this period.
5. Systemic Misconduct
The government outsourced this process to consulting firms (e.g., KPMG) to build the system.
This shows a coordinated effort to sidestep Parliament’s intent and avoid legal obligations.
6. Wider Impact
Not just an error in individual cases, the entire adjudication process was corrupted.
This undermines the rule of law and erodes public trust in the EI system.
The “BE-Memo” (Behavioural Economics Memorandum) and the pre-engineered decision templates were deliberately imposed on adjudicators as a means of bypassing the legally mandated analysis. Instead of considering the fourteen statutory factors outlined in section 29(c) of the Employment Insurance Act, decision-makers were funnelled into a rigid template that predetermined outcomes.
These templates served a dual purpose:
Avoiding statutory compliance, by steering adjudicators away from applying the “Just Cause” factors, which Parliament required them to weigh.
Mass denial by design, allowing uniform, large-scale rejection of claims tied to mandate-related job loss, without individualized assessment.
