👍 Ikkinchi panel sessiyasi "O'zbekistonda Startap Ekotizimini Rivojlantirish: Rejalar va Hamkorlik" nomi ostida o‘tmoqda, unda O'zbekiston ekotizim quruvchilarining vakillari Ilxomjon Aliyev, U-Enter Innovatsiya Markazi direktori o‘rinbosari moderatsiyasida yig‘ilgan.

Dunyoda yosh startaplar omon qolish darajasi 10 foizdan kam. Bu yerda esa bu ko‘rsatkich 2–3 baravar yuqori. Buning sababi faqatgina O‘zbekistondagi ulkan talantdir. Butun dunyo bu yerda mavjud bo‘lgan talant darajasini tushunsa, men ushbu bozor uchun katta narsalar kutyapman.

- Stiven Lin, Swift Launch asoschisi va bosh direktori

O‘zbekiston butun Markaziy Osiyoni ulashadigan asosiy nuqtalardan biridir, va Plug and Play O‘zbekiston, Markaziy Osiyo va undan tashqaridagi investitsiya landshaftiga sarmoya kiritishni, shuningdek, mentorlash, tajriba va qo‘llab-quvvatlashni kutmoqda.

- Aziz Ochilov, Plug and Play Markaziy Osiyo venture-assotsiati

2 yil ichida biz O‘zbekistondagi eng faol venchur fondlaridan biri sifatida 30 ta startapga 4 million dollardan ortiq sarmoya kiritdik. Kelasi yil biz ikkinchi VCni ishga tushirib, bu ekotizimga qo‘shilmoqchi bo‘lgan boshqa korporatsiyalar bilan hamkorlikda sarmoya kiritamiz.

- Davron Parmonov, AloqaVentures COO

Kelgusi yil uchun biz turli universitetlardan talabalarni jalb qilgan 2 ta inkubatsiya dasturini o‘tkazishni, MOST Ventures bilan hamkorlikda akseleratsiya dasturlarini amalga oshirishni va portfelimizdagi startaplarni xalqaro tadbirlarda ishtirok etish uchun homiylik qilishni rejalashtirmoqdamiz. Bularning barchasi startap ekotizimini birgalikda qurish haqida.

- Dilmurod Khodiev, C-Space asoschisi va bosh direktori

Biz O‘zbekistonda ko‘plab talantlar borligini bilamiz, aholisi taxminan 40 million. Ular faqat muvaffaqiyatga erishish imkoniyatiga muhtoj, shuning uchun biz buni ularga taqdim etishni xohlaymiz. Biz shu sababli, talantlarga o‘z orzularini topishda yordam berish uchun shu yerda turibmiz.

The second panel session, titled "Development of the Startup Ecosystem of Uzbekistan: Plans and Interaction," is taking place, bringing together representatives of Uzbekistan's ecosystem builders under the moderation of Ilkhomjon Aliev, Deputy Director at U-Enter Innovation Center.

Globally, the survival rate of zero-day startups is less than 10 percent. Here, it is 2–3 times higher. This is only possible because of the immense talent in Uzbekistan. Once the world realizes the caliber of talent here, I foresee great things for this market.

- Stephen Lin, Founder and CEO of Swift Launch

Uzbekistan is one of major points connecting the whole Central Asia, and Plug and Play is really looking forward to investing the investment landscape of Uzbekistan, Central Asia, and beyond, as well as providing the mentorship, expertise and support

- Aziz Ochilov, Venture Associate at Plug and Play Central Asia

In 2 years we've done over $4 mln investments in 30 startups as one of the most active venture funds of Uzbekistan. Next year we will launch second VC and co-invest with other corporates who also want to join this ecosystem.

- Davron Parmonov, COO at AloqaVentures

For the coming year, we plan to conduct 2 incubation programs focusing on students from different universities, run acceleration programs in partnership with MOST Ventures, and sponsor startups from our portfolio to participate in international events. It's mostly about building the startup ecosystem together.

- Dilmurod Khodiev, Founder and CEO of C-Space

We know that there is a lot of talent in Uzbekistan, there is around 40 million population. They only need an opportunity to succeed, that is why we want to bring this to them. That is why we are here to help talents to find their dreams.

IT Park Uzbekistan Bosh direktori Farhod Ibragimov "President Tech Award" finalistlarini o‘zining motivatsion nutqi bilan qutlab o‘tdi.

Biz 2019-yilda startaplar uchun tanlovlarni boshlaganimizda, taxminan 100 ta ariza olgan edik va ularning yarmidan ko‘pi faqat g‘oya bosqichida bo‘lib, mahsulotlari uchun MVP (minimal ishchi mahsulot)ga ega emas edi.

2024-yilda Prezident tashabbusi bilan Prezident Texnologiya Mukofotining ikkinchi to‘lqinini tashkil qilmoqdamiz, mukofot jamg‘armasi 1 000 000 AQSh dollarini tashkil qiladi. Hozir esa, 3 000 dan ortiq ishtirokchi orasidan 550 dan ortiq ariza qabul qilindi va deyarli barcha ishtirokchilarning o‘z MVPlari mavjud. O‘zgarishlarni ko‘rmoqdamiz va bu juda muhim.

Ishonamanki, tanlov davomida MVP bosqichiga yetgan barcha ishtirokchilar investitsiya jalb qilishga tayyor.

Bundan tashqari, startaplarni ilk qadamlaridan qo‘llab-quvvatlash maqsadida 'Digital Startups Program' ishga tushirildi. Moliyalashtirish imkoniyatlari hukumat va xususiy sektor, shu jumladan banklar, venchur fondlar, investorlar va boshqa manbalardan taqdim etiladi.

CEO of IT Park Uzbekistan Farkhod Ibragimov welcomed the finalists of the President Tech Award with his opening motivating speech.

When we first initiated competitions for startups in 2019, we got around 100 applications, and half of them was on the idea stage without MVPs for their products.

In 2024, under a Presidential initiative, we are hosting the second wave of the President's Tech Award, featuring a $1,000,000 prize fund. And now, we had over 550 applications from over 3,000 participants with almost all of the participants having their MVPs. We see the changes, and this is important.

And I am sure, everyone who reached the MVP-stages during the competition, are ready for investment attraction.

Additionally, the "Digital Startups Program" was launched to support startups from their very first steps. Funding opportunities are available from both government and private sectors, including banks, venture funds, investors, and more.
