O‘zbekiston o‘zining startap ekotizimini rivojlantirishda yangi bir bosqichga qadam qo‘ymoqda va "Raqamli Startaplar Dasturi"ni ishga tushirmoqda.

Ushbu dastur ekotizim ishtirokchilarini qo‘llab-quvvatlashni maqsad qilgan. Masalan, startaplar tomonidan jalb qilingan xorijiy fondlar investitsiyalarini ikki baravar oshiramiz (100 000 dollargacha).

Dastur ishtirokchilari akseleratsiya, inkubatsiya, treninglar va boshqa xarajatlar uchun xarajatlarni qisman qaytarish va kompensatsiya olish imkoniyatiga ega bo‘ladilar.

Biz IT Vizani startap asoschilari va xodimlarini jalb qilish uchun kengaytirmoqdamiz.

2025-yil 1-yanvardan boshlab Startap Ekotizimi uchun Regulyatorlik Sandboxini ishga tushiramiz.

Shuningdek, StartapBase — startaplar, investorlar, hamkorlar, inkubatorlar va akseleratorlarni birlashtiradigan noyob platformani ishga tushiramiz.

Uzbekistan is stepping into the new milestone of the development of the Startup Ecosystem of the country, launching the Digital Startups Program.

The program is designed to support the ecosystem players. For instance, we will double the investments of foreign funds attracted by startups (up to $100,000).

The participants of the program can get partial reimbursements and compensations of costs for their expenses for acceleration, incubation, trainings, etc.

We expand the IT Visa for startup founders and employees to attract leading specialists.

From January 1, 2025, we will launch Regulatory Sandbox for Startup Ecosystem.

We will also launch the StartupBase — the unique platform that will unite startups, investors, partners, incubators and accelerators.

✅ Azamat Karamatov, IT Park Ventures bosh direktori venchur fond haqida nuqt so'zladi

Texnologik startap tadbirkorlikni investitsiyasiz biz tasavvur qila olmaymiz. Bejiz davlatimiz rahbari tomonidan innovatsiyalar, tadbirkorlik, kapital bozorini rivojlantirishga alohida urg‘u berib kelinmayapti.

IT Park Venture fondimizning asosiy maqsadi bu yuqori salohiyatga ega startaplarni topish, ularga investitsiyalar kiritish va ularni xalqaro bozorga chiqarish, eksport salohiyatimizni oshirish.

Fondimizning hajmi 10 million dollar bo‘lib, asosan boshlang‘ich — "pre-seed" va "seed" bosqichlarida investitsiya kiritish nazarda tutilgan. Lekin alohida hollarda istiqbolli startaplarga, "unicorn" bo‘lishni rejalashtirilayotgan va istiqboli bor startaplarga A raund bosqichida ham investitsiya kiritish nazarda tutilgan. Bu 500 mingdan 1 million dollargacha investitsiya. Fondning o‘rtacha cheki 150 ming dollar tashkil etadi.

Agar jamg‘armamizning tsikliga o‘tadigan bo‘lsak, birinchi 3 yil — bu faol investitsiyalar, 4–8 yillar — bu loyiha portfelini boshqarish, va 5–10 yillar uni sotish va "exit" qilish.

✅ Azamat Karamatov, CEO of IT Park Ventures, spoke about the venture fund.

Technological startup entrepreneurship is inseparable from investments. It is no coincidence that our President places particular emphasis on fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and capital markets.

The primary goal of our IT Park Venture fund is to identify high-potential startups, invest in them, and bring them to the international market, thereby enhancing our export potential.

Our fund's total volume is $10 million, primarily allocated for investments at the early stages — pre-seed and seed. However, in select cases, investments are made in promising startups aiming to become "unicorns" or those at the Series A stage. These investments range from $500,000 to $1 million, while the fund's average ticket size is $150,000.

As for the fund’s cycle, the first 3 years are dedicated to active investments, years 4 to 8 focus on portfolio management, and years 5 to 10 are for sales and exits.

The second panel session, titled "Development of the Startup Ecosystem of Uzbekistan: Plans and Interaction," is taking place, bringing together representatives of Uzbekistan's ecosystem builders under the moderation of Ilkhomjon Aliev, Deputy Director at U-Enter Innovation Center.

Globally, the survival rate of zero-day startups is less than 10 percent. Here, it is 2–3 times higher. This is only possible because of the immense talent in Uzbekistan. Once the world realizes the caliber of talent here, I foresee great things for this market.
