The "Karakul Generation: Future Tech 2026" ideathon was held in the Karakul district of Bukhara region for students in grades 8-11.

According to Dealroom.co’s Q1 2026 report, Uzbekistan’s startup ecosystem is valued at $4.3 billion. In Q4 2025, this figure stood at $3.9 billion.

According to the international analytics platform Dealroom.co, Uzbekistan ranked 1st in Asia in startup ecosystem growth — the value of the domestic ecosystem increased 7.89 times over the last five years, outpacing Nepal (3.97x), South Korea (3.27x), and other countries in the region. The report also states that Uzbekistan ranks 4th globally in terms of Enterprise Value (EV) growth over the last five years (Q1 2026).

This indicates that startup activity and venture investments in the country are becoming more active, and a positive trend in ecosystem valuation is being maintained

Uzbekistan-based game development studio Doomers Entertainment has officially launched its new multiplayer title, “Happy My Friends,” on the Steam platform.

🎮 The game supports up to 8 players, where the main objective is to eliminate opponents and become the last one standing. It is built around stealth movement, prediction-based gameplay, and fast decision-making.

The team behind this game, Doomers Entertainment, won 3rd place in the “Computer and Mobile Gaming Programs” category at the President Tech Award 2023 with their project “The Golden Horde: Turan.”
