همچنان که پیش از این بیان شد (شاید) برای اولین بار در تاریخ مسجد قبا یک مبلغ فعال اهل سنت که خود امام مسجدی در شمال نامیبیا است (چند ماه قبل) به مکتب اهل بیت پیوست. و این اتفاق خشم وهابیون که بر روی وی سرمایه‌گذاری کرده بودند برانگیخت و باعث شد آشکارا در نماز جمعه و کنفرانس هایشان علیه شیعه سخنرانی کنند.
در این چند ماه تلاش شد تا وی که پیش از این یک سال در عربستان دوره دیده، دوره ای نیز در ایران ببیند ....
پس از پیگیری های فراوان، با همکاری دوستان، جامعه المصطفی با یک دوره یک ماهه که 15 فروردین شروع میشود موافقت نمود.

⬅️ اما هزینه بلیط رفت و برگشت برعهده خود اوست که عملا این سفر را منتفی میکند، زیرا مسجد قبا توان حمایت مالی ندارد. پیگیری از برخی نهادهای مربوطه نیز با توجه به تعطیلات به نتیجه نرسید.
بنابراین اگر خیر یا نهادی میتواند در تهیه بلیط یا هزینه آن کمک نماید، به آیدی @ebnosiam اطلاع دهد.

متاسفانه به دلیل عدم حمایت مناسب، احتمالا این سفر لغو خواهد شد.

✳️ Constructing a Worldview: Al-Barqī’s Role in the Making of Early Shī‘ī Faith

Based on the earliest Shīʽī sources extant, this book seeks to portray the worldview of the Shīʽa prior to the crystallization of their beliefs and doctrines.

About a century before the four canonical books of the Shīʽa were composed, Aḥmad b. Muḥammad al-Barqī (d. 888 or 894 CE), a scholar from the city of Qum, compiled a large collection of Imāmī traditions embracing all aspects of religious life, from cosmogony and cosmology to the minutest details of daily life.

This compilation, of which only ten percent has come down to us, forms one of the earliest Shīʽī texts extant, and is the basis for Vilozny’s delineation of the Shīʽī worldview in this formative, pre-Twelver era. Shīʽī ideology, the author argues, did not grow in a vacuum but resulted from the fusion of Islamic Arab elements with pre-Islamic, mythic and gnostic traditions.

The book discusses at length three fundamental notions which permeate every part of al-Barqī’s work: the Shīʽa are God’s elect; an eternal fierce battle is waged between good and evil on both the universal and individual levels; and the history of humankind, from before creation to the end of time, was predetermined by God. As shown by the author, the Shīʽī attempt to accommodate all three ideas within its world perception often resulted in glaring contradictions to which only partial solutions could be provided at the time.

About the Author

Roy Vilozny, lecturer at the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at the University of Haifa, specializes in Shīʽī religious and intellectual thought in the pre-modern era with particular emphasis on the Imāmī-Shīʽī doctrinal and theological discourse during the 9th-11th centuries CE.

🔸Abstract

The present study has a twofold purpose: Firstly, it is an analysis of the Karbala´ Drama—i.e. the death of Husayn b. `Ali in the hands of an army which had been sent out by the Umayyad authorities, at Karbala in 60/680—as it is retold by the Muslim jurist and historiographer Abu Ja`far Muhammad b. Jarir al-Tabari (d. 310/923). Despite its importance, especially to Shi`ite Islam, this text as such has received relatively little attention among scholars of Islam. In this study, the Karbala´ Drama is regarded as a myth and the method used to analyze it is inspired by the structuralism of Claude Lévi-Strauss. Lévi-Straussian structuralism has probably never before been ap-plied to early Arabic material to the extent that it is used here. The second purpose of the study, then, is to investigate to what extent and in what mode such a method is applicable to this material. A portion of the text, called the “Text of Reference,” has been selected and thoroughly analyzed. In that analysis, a number of structural features such as codes, oppositions, mediations, and transformations have been identified and made the basis for a more cursory study of the rest of the story. An important structural feature that is detected in this way is the way the argument of the story is forwarded. By the transformation of metaphors into metonyms, the story attempts to make arbitrary relationships look natural and intrinsic. Such a relationship is that between water and blood—two liquids which are at times shed, at times withheld in the story. Husayn takes a mediating position in that he gives his water and his blood. He acts as mediator both in a negative sense (he establishes the basic Islamic opposition of good and evil), and in a positive sense (as religious guide he acts as a bridge between them).

🔺بخشي از مقدمه‌ي سرويراستار:

مجموعه‌ي حاضر گزيده‌اي از نمونه مقالات مهم از گرايش‌ها و حوزه‌هاي مختلف سيره‌پژوهي، حديث‌پژوهي و شناخت تاريخ صدر اسلام در ميان غربيان است. بيشتر اين آثار در دهه‌هاي آخر قرن بيستم و برخي در آغاز قرن بيست و يکم انتشار يافته‌اند. با‌آنکه نمي‌توان اين مجموعه را آينه‌ي تمام نماي سيره‌پژوهي در غرب دانست، اما بي‌شک برخي از مهم‌ترين مسئله‌ها، روش‌ها و نظريه‌هاي محققان غربي از سه گرايش مختلف را در اين ميان مي‌توان يافت.

ترديدي نيست که انتشار اين مجموعه هيچ مخاطب عامي را در نظر ندارد. هدف اصلي از انتشار اصل مقالات و چکيده يا ترجمه‌ي فارسي آن‌ها، آشنايي و استفاده‌ي علمي محققان حوزه و دانشگاه با برخي (و نه تمام) آثار اسلام‌شناسان غربي در حوزه‌ي سيره‌ي نبوي است تا هم از مزاياي علمي آن بهره‌مند گردند و هم با درنهادن نقدها و سنجه‌هاي خود، فضاي علمي و گفتگوي داخل و خارج را رونق دهند. هم از اين‌رو، انتشار اين مطالعات و پژوهش‌ها به منزله‌ي صحه گذاردن بر تمامي محتواي آن‌ها نيست.
