Mostly all programs are in Russian.
But there are some universities with English.
I have a question: why do you apply in English?
You will live in Russia, everything is in Russian (exception here is the capital and large cities).
Russian is spoken everywhere.
The language can be learned very quickly. The main idea here is your strong desire and isolation from compatriots 🙈
Plus, almost every university has a preparatory department for the Russian language. It is the easiest way to enter and join the society.
And foreign students are a separate social community. But it’s for the discussion a bit later ...

Let me continue about reasons for choosing Russia(there will be some post further)
The first reason why foreigners choose Russia as a country for education is the diploma’s recognition all over the world.
Russia joined the Lisbon Convention in 1999
The most obvious advantage of the Russian education system is its high quality.
Our country is the undisputed leader in the training of doctors, engineers and teachers
And Russian universities is in eading positions in world rankings.

📍The next most popular reason for choosing the Russian Federation as a country for getting education is its culture, customs and traditions.
Russia is a country with an unusual, original, unique, inimitable, centuries-old culture.
No doubt , Russian culture is in great interest not only among students.
What does it mean to get diploma here?
It means to know the country from the inside, acquire a huge baggage of academic knowledge and life skills as well.
All this things will certainly help while be looking for a employment or career growth.
But this is already the next reason
