🔨 97cfca8: Substratum: Fall back to android.annotation

Android Studio and IntelliJ are still getting used
to AndroidX so they can't read that the androidx.annotation
classes are valid here as well and continue showing the usage
of Android O APIs as an error which while doesn't have
any issues during compilation is still a annoyance during
working on the class.

We initialise the SearchView instance defined in
the MainActivity in our ThemeFragment and ManagerFragment
classes, while it's very possible that somebody presses back
before either are initialised which causes searchView to stay
null and crash when SearchView#isIconified is called.
