🔨 399f46f: Substratum: Install overlays on Pie to Magisk mirror when available

This resolves the issue where certain Magisk modules cause overlays
to fail to install to /system/app and require disabling said modules
or enabling Magisk "core only" mode to allow using Substratum.

ideally should hide themes, profiles and priorities
options from the menu since they're non-functional.
This was not happening since the AndroidX migration
because a dedicated API for this was introduced which
we were not using.
