I was going through Prelims question papers since 2016. I understood one basic mistake that we all have been repeating. That is ignoring Agriculture's KEY topics like:

1. Irrigation and its types
2. Crops and Cropping pattern
3. Soil less farming technique

We have already studied the first two topics but the last one was left out.

I remember how I used to brainstorm in my A4 sheets for important topics in news.

This was the hardwork that I enjoyed doing the most. It was not just note making but understanding why the topic is important, how UPSC can frame question from it and how will u analyse and explain it in mains.
