This documentation records a clear example of an operative affiliated with the de facto authority, who previously participated in the execution of massacres along the Syrian coast and in Suwayda, and who is now present in the eastern Euphrates region.

🔴 Documented Findings:
• The individual shown is an operative of the General Security Apparatus – Syrian Ministry of Interior.
• He appears wearing the General Security uniform while explicitly displaying the ISIS emblem.
• This contradiction exposes the falsity of the authority’s claims that it is “fighting ISIS,” while its own members are, in fact, a direct extension of the organization, emerging from the same terrorist structures.

🔴 Grave Implications:
• This model confirms that the prevailing project is not one of statehood, security, or institutions.
• Rather, it is an exclusionary jihadist–takfiri project that seeks the eradication of all components of the Syrian people who do not adhere to its extremist ideology and doctrine.

Save the Syrian people from the brutality of this terrorism, presented as a “governing authority.”
