Apple sues OpenAI, accuses ex-employees of stealing trade secrets
The lawsuit filed on July 10 names OpenAI, io Products, Tang Yew Tan and Chang Liu. Tang Tan served as VP of product design at Apple before working at iO products. Chang Liu worked at Apple for eight years and was a senior system electrical engineer before departing to join OpenAl.
Chang Liu kept an Apple work laptop, exploited an authentication bug to access Apple's internal network and downloaded dozens of confidential hardware files.
Tang Yew Tan used Apple internal codenames when recruiting and instructed candidates to bring physical Apple parts to interviews as a way to elicit proprietary information.
OpenAI representatives approached Apple suppliers and persuaded at least 1 partner to demonstrate a proprietary metal-finishing technique without Apple's authorization.
Apple is asking for injunctions, the return or destruction of materials, and monetary damages. OpenAI has denied all allegations.

Do anything in life but do not buy a Lenovo Yoga Pro 7 14IAH10 with Intel Arc Graphics for using Linux
- WiFi card doesn't work after sleep out of the box (need to do a tweak)
- Even if it does, there's constant drops in WiFi connectivity (is it because of WiFi 7?)
- Audio is ass, but it was expected
- Intel Arc isn't built for gaming on linux (performs very poor as compared to Windows)
- HDR doesn't work on Linux (a 2 year old reddit post says that the HDR support is still being "worked on")
- Display color issues with specific desktop environments
- USB ports stop working randomly, need to reboot to fix it
- The camera has a very greyish and dull tone on Linux as compared to Windows
- And you obviously cannot access the Lenovo Vantage specific features
sorry for the rant, I wrote this as I just installed Windows as my second OS and it wiped my linux EFI partition (maybe because it was the first partition in the table)

This is North Korea's "Google Pixel 8 Pro," an almost 1:1 replica.
It features a metal frame, an AG glass back, a MediaTek Dimensity 7050, 16GB RAM + 512GB storage, an OLED display, an in-display fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, an OV50H main camera, and even a periscope telephoto lens.
Note: The PixelOS is manually flashed by the owner.
