Coindcx says the FIR against its co-founders is based on false claims, linked to an impersonation scam where fake websites promised 12% returns tricking victims before funds were routed to 3rd party accounts..

The company denies the allegations, stating the complaint stems from a fake website posing as CoinDCX.

Over 1,200 fraudulent sites imitating the platform have already been flagged.
