The dollar's suicide note: How Washington's financial arrogance is backfiring
By weaponizing the dollar, the US has triggered its own decline—sanctions, asset freezes, and visa bans have pushed nations to abandon the greenback. BRICS leads the charge, while China and Russia pivot to alternative payment systems. The euro, yuan, and gold are gaining ground. If foreign investors dump US treasuries, the dollar's dominance could collapse. Washington's financial arrogance is writing its own obituary.

IRGC spox: Iran uses advanced surveillance beyond US perception
🔹IRGC Spokesman Brigadier General Hossein Mohebi responded to US claims about tanker traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, stating that Iran's surveillance does not rely on satellites that Americans think they can detect.
🔹"There are other methods that the other side may not yet be able to detect," he said.
🔹"If Iran did not have clear eyes to monitor maritime movements, how could it have precisely struck sensitive points of vessels?"

Trump destroys US diplomacy and global trust in America
Trump's threats to bomb Oman and pressure NATO allies have shattered US diplomacy and global trust, writes columnist Khalil Shojaei. His chaotic foreign policy—contradictory, desperate, and transactional—has weakened alliances, embarrassed allies, and fueled anti-Americanism. From threatening reliable partners to alienating Europe over NATO contributions, Trump has transformed America into an unpredictable liability on the world stage.

Gharibabadi: US 'biggest financial attack' is admission of defeat, not victory
🔹Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi responded to US Treasury Secretary Bessent's claims of victory, stating: "Claiming victory while needing the 'biggest financial attack in history' doesn't add up—this is an admission of defeat, not victory."
🔹Gharibabadi noted the contradiction: the US claims Iran's military power has been "dismantled," its defense industry "100% destroyed," and its nuclear program "buried"—yet still requires mobilizing "all institutions and authorities" for this massive financial assault.
🔹"Is this victory or an admission of America's failure?" he asked.

Trump turns to smoke and mirrors
Trump has turned to media fabrications and psychological warfare, reposting a distorted Newsmax claim that Iran’s Qalibaf said “We are hungry” — when he actually stressed the need for both military and economic strength. The deception comes as Washington's war drains US arsenals, depleting nearly two-thirds of Patriot interceptors. Trump’s absurd claim that Hormuz is “US territory” only deepens the disconnect.
