Gharibabadi: US 'biggest financial attack' is admission of defeat, not victory

🔹Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi responded to US Treasury Secretary Bessent's claims of victory, stating: "Claiming victory while needing the 'biggest financial attack in history' doesn't add up—this is an admission of defeat, not victory."

🔹Gharibabadi noted the contradiction: the US claims Iran's military power has been "dismantled," its defense industry "100% destroyed," and its nuclear program "buried"—yet still requires mobilizing "all institutions and authorities" for this massive financial assault.

Pakistan's Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir arrived in Tehran on Monday, accompanied by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi. He was received at Mehrabad Airport by Iran's Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni.

Ilkhanid-era stone inscription discovered in central Iran

A 13th-century stone inscription bearing a Khutbah prayer from the Ilkhanid period has been discovered in Tareq village, near Kashan. The sandstone tablet, found by a local official, is linked to the reign of Abaqa Khan or Arghun Khan and may have belonged to a mosque or shrine. SNSC secretary: We distrust US; it must change behavior

🔹SNSC Secretary Mohsen Rezaei, meeting Pakistan's Army Chief Field Marshal Asim Munir in Tehran, emphasized Iran's distrust of the US and its firm security control over the Strait of Hormuz.
