Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi said he was pleased to accompany the President at the SCO summit in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

In meetings with Eurasian, Chinese, and South Asian senior officials, he stressed Iran's principled defense of its sovereignty and territorial integrity, and underscored the need for unity in managing the decline of a "sick empire."

Ghalibaf: If they intensify the blockade, we will definitely give a military response

🔹Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf stated that a naval blockade constitutes a military act under international law, warning that any escalation will be met with a military response.

🔹He reported that Iran's armed forces have achieved a decade's worth of progress in just 15 months of conflict, with indigenous technology driving advancements in both offensive and defensive capabilities.

🔹Ghalibaf emphasized that Iran fully controls the Strait of Hormuz and stressed the need for national unity against what he called a "hybrid war" of military, economic, and psychological dimensions.

🔹President Masoud Pezeshkian described his meetings at the SCO summit in Kyrgyzstan as productive, with bilateral talks held with the leaders of India, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Pakistan, and Russia.

US Central Command claimed in a post on X that American forces launched attacks on IRGC targets in Iran at 12 PM Eastern Time today.
