A long awaited Telegram X update 0.21.6.1062 beta

Disclaimer: below is a production change log draft. While all of features should work properly, some of them are not guaranteed to work stable while in beta. If you are not ready to encounter issues, kindly wait for a full production update.

Notifications 2.0: Rebuilt from scratch with advanced controls for active users & improved reliability
- Notifications from different chat kinds are displayed separately
- Dismissed notifications no longer reapper, when new message arrives
- Have full control over mentions, replies and pinned messages. Both globally & per-group

Telegram X is an official alternative Telegram client with its own set of crazy good features and very distinct user interface. There were no updates released for it since the middle of last December, so it has been such a long time, until now. Two new betas were posted on March 9 and the first one comes with a pretty lengthy list with changes, while the most recent update fixes a major bug, but more on it later. 

Telegram X 0.21.6.1072 beta

- Crash fixes
- Improved crash reporting
- Improved speed of voting
- "Hide Phone Number in Drawer" is now available to subscribers of this channel as well
- Clear from cache now available for albums (both for specific media inside of gallery & all medias in album at once), for specific selected messages on chat screen, for media inside link previews, and for partially downloaded media

Fixes

- "Add to Group" is displayed in bot profiles even if bot cannot be added to groups
- Removed "Block" and "Report" for support profiles. "Delete and Stop" replaced with "Delete Chat"
- "Unread Messages" could be displayed in recent actions list
- [checkme] Fixed scrolling to unread message when opening chats
- Inline results while entering media caption (mentions, etc) now provide more results
- When navigating from some chat to some channel, inline results from the previous chat may appear on screen
- Bot keyboards may display before joining the chat
- Removed share button in bot profiles when username is empty (e.g. for support)

Boring. Just fixes and weird stuff. Still no tabs.

Telegram X 0.21.6.1076 beta

See "online" instead of "seen recently" after user sends you a message, types, or reads your messages. Fixed more crashes and bugs.

Updated TDLib

- Fixed "Files need to be downloaded again after app or phone restart" on certain devices (FYI it is an Android's bug that needed workaround). If you still experience this issue (without additional steps such as re-login) – submit report again.
- See "online" for a short period of time after user types/sends you a message or reads your messages, if their online status is unavailable.
