Telegram's second, sort of official, messaging client for Android has received a couple of updates recently. The newest of the bunch is version 0.21.9.1171 RC from June 5th, with the 'RC' moniker which stands for release candidate, meaning that the build is near production ready.

Hi everyone! I apologise for the recent lack of activity but we've encountered some technical and operational issues.
I thought that it will take a bit less time to solve them. At some point, we will handle those and I will be able to give you an update with our next plans. TestingCtalog is still here :)
Going a bit into details, Google changed their authorisation process a bit and we have to keep up with it on the tech side.
Apart from that, I am going to Droidcon Berlin for the next 3 days and I will be posting some updates and pictures to our TestingCatalog social accounts. Stay tuned!

Bot API 4.4 has arrived.
- Added support for animated stickers.
- Added support for default permissions in any groups.
- Added support for descriptions and invite links in basic groups.
- All webhook requests from the Bot API are now coming from the subnets
- The next Bot API update (v.4.5) will allow nested MessageEntity objects, make sure your code can correctly handle such entities.

Telegram test TON network supposed to be available since 1st of September. At @buttonwalletbot you can try to connect to the test network and get some test tokens to play with. The test network is mostly needed for developers and it doesn't have a real value. Please be aware.
Apart from that, you can put your hands into TON already and try how it fills. If you are receiving errors - try to connect to the different network in the settings menu.
