The ministry said the information was still being verified.
The ministry said the information was still being verified.
Kazakh Ministry of Foreign Affairs released on Oct. 11 a statement saying that the government condemns the attacks by Houthi militants on civilian infrastructure facilities in Saudi Arabia, which resulted in human casualties.
“Such attacks are unacceptable from a humanitarian standpoint and violate the norms of international law. These actions undermine efforts to stabilize the situation in Yemen and hinder a political settlement of the conflict,” it reads.
The Kazakh officials call for an immediate cessation of the attacks and for the resolution of the crisis “exclusively through political and diplomatic means.”
Also, Kazakhstan expresses solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and affirms its right to protect its sovereignty and security in accordance with the UN Charter.
