I am reading a short book about tayitu. I am gonna post some of the cool stuff am learning about her in the comments.

I'm reading this book "Tower in the Sky" by Hiwot Teffera. It is about the Ethiopian Student Movement of the 1970s that lead to the fall of Haile Selassie.

The great thing is it's a first hand retelling, hiwot, the author was part of the movement.

Will post the intersting quotes i find in the comments.
