Lagos Orders Autopsy into Tragic Death of 9-Month-Old Identical Twins Following Routine Immunization

In a heartbreaking case that has sparked public outrage in Lagos, nine-month-old identical twins, Testimony and Timothy Alozie, reportedly died within 24 hours of receiving routine immunizations at a primary health care centre on Christmas Eve 2025.

Their father, Samuel Alozie (known online as Promise Samuel), shared emotional videos showing the infants in body bags and described how the twins became extremely weak, unable to eat or play, shortly after the injections, despite following medical advice to manage fever. The Lagos State Government has since ordered a postmortem examination to determine the cause of death.
