பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் தான்  குற்றவியல் நீதித்துறை நடுவர் மன்றத்தில் வழக்கு தொடுக்க முடியும், மாறாக  பாதிக்கப்பட்டவர் உடன் சாட்சியும் சேர்ந்து புகார்தாரராக வழக்கு தொடுக்க முடியாது என்றும், ஏற்கனவே போலீஸ் எஃப் ஐ ஆர் பதிவு செய்து விசாரணையில் உள்ள ஒரு வழக்கிற்காக, குற்றவியல்  நீதித்துறை நடுவர் மன்றத்தில் தனிப் புகார் வழக்கு கொடுக்க  முடியாது என்றும் நீதிமன்றம் மறுப்பு தெரிவிக்கும் நிலையில், அதனை எவ்வாறு கையாண்டு வழக்கை பதிவு செய்ய வைப்பது என்பதற்கான நடைமுறை சான்றுகள் இங்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

Hon’ble Indian Republican Mr.SAKTHIVEL, a member of The National Reform Movement, is studying 1st year at Madurai Law College. He was forced to give his Aadhaar to register on the UMIS website. He filed a case in Madurai Bench High Court saying this violates the Supreme Court’s Right to Privacy judgment in the K.S. Puttaswamy case. On that basis, the High Court has issued an interim order allowing him to write the upcoming exams even without a UMIS ID.
