People lift my posts all the time, repost them to a bigger megaphone, and act like they're theirs. Annoying. But you can't lift an operation a team of us ran and think we won't recognize it. LOL

I am upset. I looked back on the posts. For three days almost nobody said anything. Then I saw the responses to the admin who posted. Then I saw in about half an hour a coordinated group of members showed up and treated the admins like they have no value in response to it and sheer contempt, placing themselves above them. Some of you may not have liked the direct approach of the admin who posted in attempt to motivate the group, but ask yourself why so many of you suddenly appeared after three days of near silence. Some posts got removed for bashing the admins.
There is irony… You regularly use the material the admins source as your talking points. Do you realize how that sounds when exclusive pockets form around their words elsewhere while those same admins are being diminished? The admins support you, me and my work when I’m extremely busy, and they keep the groups going even when it’s quiet. They care about the members, want to see you succeed, and are fighting alongside you. That’s why they bother. They are you!
Looking back at the thread, it was good to see some of you busy doing great things. This group is full of amazing members accomplishing great things, and others have a lot to benefit from your input in here. At the same time, some were giving the impression it was beneath them to share in the group yet were active at that point among those diminishing the admins. Some tried to pit admins against each other and said they needed to be “retrained,” whilst openly belittling them whilst trying to use leverage that they knew one of the admins others used prayers as a barter to align people into the pile on. These are the people working to motivate everyone, keep the groups running, and source what gets discussed. That response showed real contempt.
There are 17 admins. A few will sometimes say what they’re doing. Most stay quiet and keep helping behind the scenes by motivating members, finding and sharing material, moderating, and keeping things going when it’s quiet. They support my work when I’m busy because they care and want everyone to succeed.
Many of you acted like it was beneath you to post in the group but will happily discuss it on spaces or posture their groups. If people are in spaces that look like community but aren’t engaging in the group, something is off. We can do better. Engaging even when it’s quiet could be the breath of fresh air that someone else may need. That keeps the group alive and gives everyone something real to build on. Recognize the value of the work the admins do alongside you and we all get stronger as a group.
This group works best when everyone shows up, shares what they find, and keeps the conversation going without waiting for someone else to start it and thank you to those who did. You already have the ability to contribute and move things forward. Do that consistently and the group becomes stronger for all of us.
I care about this space and everyone in it. What happened was disheartening, and I believe we can choose a better path.
