Operational Defenses through Weather Control in 2030
by
Michael C. Boger, Major, United States Air Force
“The United States needs to incorporate the defense against directed energy weapons with the same intensity used developing anti-ballistic missile defenses.
One of the major drawbacks to optical or directed energy systems is the inability to penetrate clouds or dense fog.
Advances in technology are beginning to bring weather phenomena under our control.
Greatly increased computing power and micronized delivery systems will allow us to create specific perturbations in local atmospheric conditions. These perturbations allow for the immediate and lasting ability to create localized fog or stratus cloud formations shielding critical assets against attack from energy based weapons.
The future of nanotechnology will enable creation of stratus cloud formations to defeat DEW and optically targeted attacks on United Sates assets.
The solution the weather control problem involves networked miniature balloons feeding and receiving data from a four-dimensional variation (4d-Var) computer model through a sensor and actor network. A network of diamond-walled balloons enters the area to be changed and then both measures and affects localized temperature and vapor content. This system effectively shortens the control loop of an atmospheric system to the point it can be “managed.” The capabilities in the diamond-walled balloons are based on the future of nanotechnology.”

Meanwhile at a BART fare gate: 🤣
In many organizations, dedicated people especially passionate advocates and survivors who give everything to a mission end up dehumanized and mistreated by those they serve alongside or under. An employee faces verbal abuse and re-traumatization, only for the pattern to be repeated with others. Confronting it leads to defense of the abuser, and higher-ups dismissing the harm as mere “drama.” The expected ally stays silent, minimizing deep betrayal as “high school drama.” The message is clear: “No one cares” about your pain or contributions when it threatens the image or convenience of those in charge.
This reflects a common psychological failure in power dynamics. Subordinates become seen as “beneath” the leader not full humans deserving empathy, but disposable assets. Once convenient, their loyalty is praised; when they speak up or become inconvenient, they’re discarded.
Dehumanization thrives. Power reduces empathy, enabling leaders to prioritize reputation over accountability. Moral disengagement kicks in: abuse is downplayed, responsibility avoided, and transparency preached but rarely practiced. Survivors or deeply committed workers suffer most, as their trauma makes minimization even more devastating.
Betrayal from within cuts deepest. The mission that once united everyone suddenly protects only the powerful, leaving the rest feeling used and abandoned. “No one cares” enough to risk discomfort for justice because it serves the purpose of others to keep you small for their image.
Healthy leadership breaks this cycle through real accountability, humility, and respect for every person’s dignity especially those working “for” you. Treating people as beneath you reveals weakness, not strength. True impact demands better: value those who serve, protect the vulnerable internally, and reject the easy path of image over integrity.
No one deserves to be berated, betrayed, or silenced after pouring their heart into a cause. Missions thrive only when leaders remember that everyone on the team is worthy of basic human decency.

When will their masks finally come off?
What if some of the voices you’ve grown to love, admire, and trust the ones who seem to be fiercely fighting for you, dropping powerful “red pill” insights, calling out corruption, and speaking truth to power are actually rotten to the core? What if the very behaviors they’ve spent years loudly condemning in others are the exact same ones they’ve been secretly indulging in behind the scenes all along?
What if these polished personalities aren’t the principled heroes they portray themselves to be, but hungry pac-men consuming everything and everyone self serving opportunists who’ve built entire empires by feeding off the pain, confusion, anger, and unwavering loyalty of their followers? Their carefully curated images, their profound sounding words of wisdom, often borrowed, their motivational speeches, their entire public brand all meticulously constructed from the suffering and lived experiences of others.
A lot of what you see online is smoke and mirrors. Their inspirational quotes, the dramatic revelations, the curated lifestyle shots, the constant positioning as the lone voice of reason it’s often theater designed to keep you hooked, clicking, sharing, and donating. Behind the scenes, the empathy they preach may be nothing more than a tool for manipulation, and the integrity they demand from everyone else is conveniently optional for themselves.
It’s a sobering thought. The pedestal we place people on can completely blind us to reality. We invest our time, our emotions, our trust, and sometimes even our money into all of these figures who may be exploiting the very struggles they claim to fight against.
Be careful who you follow. Not everything and not everyone is as it seems. Sometimes the loudest crusaders are wearing the thickest masks. Question everything. Cross check their actions against their words. Stay vigilant, stay discerning, and never fully outsource your critical thinking to any single voice, no matter how compelling they sound.
The truth has a way of revealing itself eventually… and when the mask drops, it rarely looks pretty. Protect your mind, your heart, and your discernment in the meantime.

Karoline Leavitt: "This is not your granddaddy's Democrat Party ... this is a full-blown communist revolution."
"The inmates are running the asylum," Leavitt said, contending the party is increasingly being driven by its far-left wing as Democrats debate their direction after several Democratic Socialist-backed candidates won high-profile races.
Karoline Leavitt said more parents are turning to homeschooling, private schools and Christian schools because they don't want their children to be indoctrinated.
"We want kids to be taught to love our country. They should — it is the greatest country in the history of the world."
