Despite recent reports that Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell is “brain dead,” after being hospitalized weeks ago and not seen or heard from since, CNN contributor Scott Jennings has now claimed to have spoke with the senator this morning. Jennings doubled down on many people’s characterization of his condition, by saying that he “He’s still recovering in the hospital.” Per Jennings, he spoke on a number of current issues, both domestic and international, with McConnell.

I spoke to Mitch McConnell this morning. We talked for almost 20 minutes about Life, Politics, his CCP spy wife that fled to China as soon as he was declared brain dead, and even a little bit of Senate history. I told him we want to see him back at work as soon as possible. He didn't respond BECAUSE HE'S FUCKING BRAIN DEAD!!!

I was disappointed to see people on X attacking my admins after being removed from the group. Why do some feel entitled to harass and insult volunteers who are simply enforcing the rules?
My admins are not the problem. Anyone removed from this group was removed for their own behaviour specifically for violating the clear guidelines I set to protect the community and prevent the channel from being damaged or taken down from within.
Everything is documented. Believing you can privately message me with flattery while publicly trashing my team, and still expect to be let back in, is a serious mistake.
If you notice previously banned individuals back in the group, it’s because they were given a second chance on the condition that they participate respectfully not because the admins acted unfairly. That “victims of bad moderation” narrative is being pushed by bad actors and needs to stop.
To those repeating it: take responsibility for your own actions instead of blaming dedicated people who donate their time and privacy to keep this space safe and functional. They don’t enjoy the same freedom and platform you take for granted.
This behaviour is unacceptable and it ends now. If you disagree with that standard, you’re welcome to leave.
