Just direct opposite of uptrend. Sellers are in control but there are also presence of buyers

Price movements has three structure,

Uptrend, downtrend and consolidation.

Uptrend when moving in a series of HHs and HLs

Downtrend when moving in a series of LLs and LHs

Oscillating or ranging when oscillating between a support and resistance level.

So now we will be going deeper into it and we will be seeing it's significance.
