USCIS pending H1B Amendment & Extension, Transfer can work after 240 days of i94 expiry. H1B extension can stay but not work. Status is Period of Authorized stay.

Many people stuck in India are thinking of coming to US using either F1 or B1/B2 visa and then file #H1B COS application.
Legally, you can do it but I do not suggest as you filing a COS within 90 days of entering can be flagged as fraud and investigated.

The lady from Turkey was not allowed to board flight to US on H1B visa (as she wrote on Twitter).
Her restricted travel has nothing to do with H1B ban as per current information.
This probably happened due to Schengen country travel ban. Be careful.
This can cause serious stress and low blood pressure :)
